I love this McDonald's is closed by my house the food is always great the managers are very nice and employees are wonderful my food is always fresh and they make the best iced coffee and the chicken strips are wonderful.

this is the worst mcdonald’s hand down i’ve been here a handful of times and it’s never been good, one time i came thru and ordered a frappe they pulled me to the rail and i waited 20 minutes so i went inside and the lady goes “oh you had the frappe” she hands me a melted frappe that’s been sitting there. another time i ordered a sweet tea lemonade they give it to me in a small mccafe cup which isn’t the regular small size, they gave me a sweet tea and i said i wanted sweet team lemonade the guy looks at me and goes what do you want me to do dump some out?

Staff barely speaks english. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese buscuit on the restaurants self order kiosk, and removed the sausage, then explained to the manager that i dont want a sausage please tell your staff to not put it in, because i dont want leftover sausage grease either. She barely spoke english and made a hateful face clearly showing that she did not like my request even though i had already selected the options in the kiosk, shook her head and left. The staff gave me the wrong order with the sausage in it, even though the order in the system didnt have a sausage. I returned the sandwich and was treated rudely, the staff quickly brought another one without actually making a new one, it tasted strongly of sausage, they just used a pre made sandwich and threw out the sausage which left the grease and taste in it. They proceeded to take my original sandwich and placed it back with the other pre-made sandwiches. These people are beyond unprofessional and it is undoubtedly Not Safe to eat there.

I asked for a double cheeseburger with no pickle and got one with only pickles and nothing else on it. These use to cost $1 but now that they're 3x more still can't get it right!! My ticket literally says NO PICKLE. And it was cold!! Threw it away along with my money 😡😡😡
