Staff barely speaks english. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese buscuit on the restaurants self order kiosk, and removed the sausage, then explained to the manager that i dont want a sausage please tell your staff to not put it in, because i dont want leftover sausage grease either. She barely spoke english and made a hateful face clearly showing that she did not like my request even though i had already selected the options in the kiosk, shook her head and left. The staff gave me the wrong order with the sausage in it, even though the order in the system didnt have a sausage. I returned the sandwich and was treated rudely, the staff quickly brought another one without actually making a new one, it tasted strongly of sausage, they just used a pre made sandwich and threw out the sausage which left the grease and taste in it. They proceeded to take my original sandwich and placed it back with the other pre-made sandwiches. These people are beyond unprofessional and it is undoubtedly Not Safe to eat there.

I asked for a double cheeseburger with no pickle and got one with only pickles and nothing else on it. These use to cost $1 but now that they're 3x more still can't get it right!! My ticket literally says NO PICKLE. And it was cold!! Threw it away along with my money 😡😡😡

My power company came down from Mississippi to help restore power after Hurricane Milton. I needed to order 120 breakfast biscuits for my crews for the next morning. They helped up out by having it hot and ready on time the next morning. Stephanie, one of the managers, came in extra early and got things taken care of. We are so appreciative! Thank you!
