What’s the point of being open 24 hours if you’re only going to do burritos and hotcakes at 3am.. Might as well be closed.

Ordered on the screen inside and asked after 15 minutes if my food was done. Showed my receipt and she says yup I'm good. Go back up 10 minutes later to ask again. Food came out a few minutes after that. I ordered the burrito meal with two milds and a diet coke. No mild, over cooked hash brown and a regular coke. Go up to the counter again but was empty. I'm not one to typically complain but this was bad. 1/15 @9:31am

If l could give negative 50 stars I would. My husband just got home from attempting to pick up a mobile order from the McDonald's app. He got to the drive thru and was told to pull to the 1st parking spot to wait for his order. Waits over 10 minutes when another person waiting 5 min less got their order. Multiple vehicles drive through and get served. So, he asked the employee for his order and they asked what his order was and they said they didn't have that for an order. He asked for refund then and they ask for his receipt so he again said it's a mobile app order. The employee was with extreme attitude with responding. My husband goes inside to complain and get a refund and they try to give him a different order. They tried to refuse a refund and there was a cop dining in the store who then threatened to arrest my husband for being irate and refusing to accept the wrong food not leaving without a refund. Ridiculous. Finally he got refund and went to Burger King across the street instead.

I never leave reviews but respectfully whoever is the manager here specially at night just needs to quit and the employees too. I would say at least 80% of the time we order here we get it wrong. It’s obvious nobody there cares about it. Ordered a double cheese deluxe with extra things and got a single with the opposite of what i ordered. I don’t really care about refunds but respectfully just quit because it is almost every single time.

I have to give the Christmas crew a big round of applause! They all were so friendly and cheerful. Their service was really impeccable on a day that is really hard to work on! Big props to the a Christmas crew!!

I’ve slowly been eating McDonald’s less and less and this last visit reinforces why I don’t go. Had the driest chicken nuggets I’ve had in a long time. There was also trash found on the tables and the restroom facilities could have used additional care and cleaning.

This McDonalds is so bad. I don’t get McDonald’s often but do like their breakfast sometimes. I just get a regular egg McMuffin and hash brown and they have managed to get this order wrong 3 times in a row. Sausage 2 times in a row when I wanted the regular Canadian bacon, missing hashbrown, last time I got the right meat but no egg on it and looked like it was old. You don’t get a receipt and no one answers the phone. I went on the McDonald’s website to let them know and got a response that the restaurant would contact me never did but not surprised as that is the customer service I expect from here- none. I understand this is McDonald’s and my expectations are never high but things are not cheap anymore and to get things wrong over and over it’s kind of ridiculous.

waited at the counter with zero acknowledgment for 10 minutes, manager of the location told me to order on the Kiosk when trying to order from a human. unbelievable service here iv been disrespected each time iv been here. i manage the near by at&t and every single person who brings up this establishment has nothing good to say ever

This McDonald's is garbage my mother and I went and got two combo meals they tried to hand us two regular hamburgers after we told them that's wrong they handed us our meals but they only gave me a three-piece chicken strip when we ordered a four which is clearly on the receipt the manager came out and begin arguing with us saying that oh she's going to give us the chicken strip but we only order the three-piece which is a total lie cuz the receipt shows that it was a four piece call McDonald's they did nothing they don't care that's why this company's Decline and people are coming less and less and this is all after waiting 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru screw this place
Come home to eat and the fourth strip she gave me was barely edible I ended up throwing it away cuz I don't know if it was fully cooked or not

One of the best Mickey D's I've been to. Instead of youngsters running the joint, it's older mature adults that know how to work and clean. Extremely clean, fast and professional.
