Burgers came out weird. The top bun was perfectly fine but the bottom bun on all 3 of the burgers we ordered were hard as a hockey puck. Don't know if they were just overcooked or stale

This is the type of McDonalds that give them a bad name. Food is usually fine, itâs McDonaldâs. But really itâs the poor service thatâs the issue. They are slow like many McDonaldâs, but if they at least got the orders right, it would be one thing. However, 90% of the orders they do, they forget at least one item, if not more, or just give you the wrong order. Then when you go back and tell them, they give you attitude because they messed up. Some of the workers are very kind and understanding, but many arenât. I know this is low wage customer service work and they probably donât want to be there, I donât blame them. But itâs also not hard to read an order and make sure you put everything in the bag.

This is the closest McDonaldâs to my home and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, they always forget items in my bag. The most recent time, I stopped for breakfast. they forgot two items. Went back around the drive through, told the cashier. She told me to pull to the next window. And they had no idea about it. I told them again what was wrong, but she didnât listen and told me âwhat is it you want? So we can keep the line movingâ. Absolutely making it feel like itâs the customers fault for requesting the items they payed for that are missing when literally Itâs their fault for never getting an order right. after they gave me the missing items, it turns out, ITS STILL THE WRONG THING. I absolutely give up with them. Not to mention, the wait for food is insane. Iâve been in longer lines at other McDonaldâs and have never waited as long as I have at this one. Itâs unfortunate that this has to be closest to me but Iâll have to start driving out further to a different location.

No napkins no ketchup and bagel was hard as a rock and steak was all grizzle, chewy disgusting fat in every bite, don't waste your money go somewhere with better food.... and there's fruit flys everywhere.... why so many fruit flys

WHO PUTS ICE IN OJ?? That only makes it watery and it tastes like garbage!! I've never gone to a McD's and had them put ICE in my OJ.
Unless, of course, you did it to short me! I've takes up room in the cup where the OJ should be!
If I EVER go to this location again, I'LL MAKE CERTAIN I ask your ignorant staff NOT TO PUT ICE in my ORANGE JUICE!!
Especially in these times, where "Inflation" is running rampant, I WANNA GET WHAT I PAY FOR, NOT BE CHEATED OUT OF IT by filing the cup with ICE before OJ!

Not sure whats going on at this location but they never seem prepared to actually serve food. It like they are caught off guard every day. I don't know if they have the longest wait times for your food but they seem to have the most consistent, no matter what you order they have you pull off to the side to wait and its like 3 to 7 minutes on average. If you are doing cook to order then just say so then it won't be so irritating. I have stopped going and head to the 1 just north only a mile away, not sure if they are same owner but that location never disappoints. Except in that they don't turn off any signs when they are closed including the order menu.

I waited at the left intercom of the drive thru to order and no one responded for over 10 minutes. They kept taking orders on the right intercom and 6 other people were able to order. I had to pull around and go inside to order. When I told the staff that they were not taking my order in the drive thru the staff was rude and dismissive.

Work mcdonalds ever. took 21 minutes for a large fry which was cold and 1 cheeseburger with no meat. They put meat in the items and gave no straw for a watered down cokeâŠ. refused to refund me. Even thought I did not touch the food
