I come all the time because I’m pregnant and get the same thing which is the chicken sandwich meal which I had order earlier today with no issue then at 2:36 am I order it again to but it had tons of salt which the salt was all over my hands and I was unable to eat because it was too salty so I called and there was no remorse whatsoever I was just told I could come back with no apology. I then came back to get another small frie which had no salt at all which I could not eat plain so it was a waste of time bae customer service!

Final straw today. This location is a flippen JOKE. Every time we've came here there has been a issue with order, not food, but order! Today was the worse, waited from drive thru over 5 minutes for order, 1 breakfast had very little gravy, yet the other had too much. Wrong drink received, no utensils. Each time we've came here it gets worse

I'm a bus operator and I operate route 19 that passes right in front of the McDonald's. Please forgive me I may pronounce the manager's name wrong, but I believe her name was talina. She's the manager at that store location and she was phenomenal. Every time I come in there which I only have 5 minutes to spare before I can run back out to my bus, she always provides excellent customer service and is always extremely kind and sweet to me. She never greets me with an attitude it's almost like if she has a radar and knows when I'm around! I don't wait long as soon as I walk in the store and she sees me she comes and takes care of me and I appreciate her so much because nowadays it's hard to find great customer service nowadays. But she always deliver she truly represents what McDonald's is all about serving and providing great customer service to their customers she needs a raise immediately her hard work needs to be recognized and acknowledge. McDonald's please do not take advantage of this sweet kind dedicated self-motivated self-driven who is the manager at this location please take good care of her she's the bomb!! Thank you talina!! I apologize again if I mispronounce your name!

This is a complete horror. This is drive thru, ordering and waiting for one Big Mac and McChicken is 36 minutes. It is better to drive a couple of miles more but not to come here again. People use drive thru isotopes that it should be fast. This Mac is complete crap.

This is the absolute worst location I despise coming here, my daughter and girlfriend wanted it this morning and sitting in here and the service is non existent food is trash, don't come here
Check your food, I ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin and they gave me ham which is not what I ordered and absolutely ruined my day

I wish I could give them zero stars and unfortunately let's be honest bad reviews don't really matter with a company like McDonald's the management doesn't care this McDonald's is particularly bad . Especially the night shift. Lady was very rude and unprofessional over the ordering intercom screen . That's just the start . You pay then they make you drive around and wait at the doors for a simple order takes forever for them to bring it out . The food is absolutely almost unedible ordered the new Deluxe chicken sandwich meal and the chicken breast is the most dried cardboard texture thing I've ever seen . No lettuce and tomato on a deluxe sandwich just a crusty stale bun with a cardboard chicken patty and some mayonnaise and a little bit of tiny lettuce sprinkled over it.. Fry's were cold and Soggy and the cheeseburger was disgusting . Looks like someone smashed it with a flat iron. Wouldn't even feed this food to my dogs I literally threw it out the window
Most McDonald's are terrible nowadays. They hire a bunch of ghetto entitled people to working there. They do not care about hard work and getting things right obviously.

I ordered coffee, waited in line for a long time at the drive-in, eventually I pulled up and they asked me to park and wait for one coffee. It's just awful. Administration, do something.
