I went inside because the line was long. A older gentleman greeted me, took my order as we made small talk. I told him how pleasant it was to receive great customer service. He said he was old school, meaning he was raised right his parents ain't play. He even asked do I need jelly, napkins and a straw. I was blown away. I said you need to teach these youngsters hospitality. I said, I will be back.

They made me wait 30 minutes just to not receive my food also told me I came trying get free things when I have transaction say I payed for a meal gave the burger back they still took it and put it back on the food line

they can't keep up with the orders so they close the lobby and make everyone go through the drive thru, making it a 30 minute or longer experience to pick up a delivery order. Poor management and incompetent employees.

DISGUSTING!!!! Do you see bacon? No that's cause they didn't put my bacon they just put cheese.... đ as for my chicken sandwich.... it is drenched in some weird sauce has like no lettuce and looks like it's 3 days old the cheese on both of my burgers was disgusting. I paid for 4 sauces and only got 2 and the staff are so rude for no reason. This was by far the worst fast food experience I've had. Disgusting dining area. Management needs to step up BIG time.

Waited 30 minutes for 12 nuggets and a small fry even though I was the first of 3 cars. On top of that they tried handing me my order after already handing it to someone else, thankfully they shouted out that they need to remake my food letting me know. And to top it off tried giving me my food for a 2nd time just to forget one of nugget orders and sauce but wants to have an attitude with me when I mentioned it talking about the new food they had to make when that's not what the issue was. Why 2 6 pcs nugget and a small fry needed all of this extra stuff is beyond me but I'm just gonna drive the extra 8 mins to the other one âđž

My name is Keshawna and I just visit your restaurant #6522 at 6:19pm . I called customer service and also file a complaint! Case#32428878 name I provided at that time was Asia Smith !
Stopping by your restaurant today I had to use the restroom really bad . I notice how nasty the lobby area was while running to the restroom. You had food everywhere and the tables were dirty! It looks like no one clean up at all today ! Also, once I entered the restroom it was extremely dirty toilet tissue all around the smaller toilet and also on the floor . The bigger toilet had no toilet paper.
My daughters wanted to eat there which I said to them do you see how nasty this restaurant is I can only imagine how the back look . Well I wish I would have followed my first mind! I ordered them a 10 piece nugget combo to share with a large fry! Well as we walking out to the car my daughter say âMommy we have to take this back â I look at her concern and there is a DEAD FLY/ BUG inside of the French fries!!
I politely walked back in and asked for a refund ! Which would take 24hours to be put back on my card ! I am extremely disappointed in the service! Maybe you all need to pop up and monitor your staff !! This is nasty and I would hit recommend anyone eating from this place !!

They made my morning special, the caramel iced coffee was made with â¤ď¸ love. This McDonald's is great.

Under two pancakes was the last one. I just lift it to put butter on it and wow. If somebody was having the worst day and and spent their last bit of money on this breakfast, and they saw that the whole world was shatter. Somebody out there is hateful. People pay for McDonaldâs they expect to get the best of it. I guess at this location youâre not gonna get that. There was one lady at the front deskhanded me the food from the window. She was nice. But, be careful they could be other things that they do with their food.

I want to know how you order a quarter pounder deluxe and they donât put cheese on it. I also donât mind medium rare for my burger but would rather not eat it like that from McDonaldâs. Itâs mind blowing staff wants 15.00 an hour but can do an order right. Fed up with this McDonaldâs location

Absolutely ridiculous that when I use curbside service I can watch 20 cars go by that showed up after me before I get my food. I guess this is their way a punishing someone using curbside by making them walk outside and hand the food to us. Get rid of the service if they don't like it
