First of all!!!! This place has not been open for 1yr and all I been getting is bad service with attitude on top of it. I go thru the drive thru and all they tell me is go to the second window so I wait and then boom cold fries with cold nuggets. How do you expect people to eat cold food! Nobody likes cold food unless is ice cream and then the attitude because you tell them that the food has to be re made! I’m sorry but if you don’t like people giving u attitude or being mad about there food then get the job right the first time then the customer won’t be mad or have to come inside and waste there time or mines. McDonald needs to evaluate who there hired for jobs bc lately all I been seeing is people that don’t have no customers service and attitude! Let’s be better!

How they just reopened and you have attitudes as if they don't want to work. I asked for a fish sandwich and when I get home I have a fish sandwich box but in it is a spicy chicken sandwich with tater sauce on it wth. Come on McDonald's I can't do spicy stuff what if a person was allergic.

New building but still slow and crap

I went there tonight around 8:13 pm THREE separate employees were all on their phones(different conversations) in the lobby arguing and using excessive profanity/cursing. I don't mean sitting by the wall trying g to be discrete I mean openly sitting at tables amongst guest and children yelling and or talking really really loud using explicit language exsessivly for the entire time I was there. Big big turn off

I went inside because the line was long. A older gentleman greeted me, took my order as we made small talk.
I told him how pleasant it was to receive great customer service. He said he was old school, meaning he was raised right his parents ain't play.
He even asked do I need jelly, napkins and a straw. I was blown away. I said you need to teach these youngsters hospitality. I said, I will be back.

They made me wait 30 minutes just to not receive my food also told me I came trying get free things when I have transaction say I payed for a meal gave the burger back they still took it and put it back on the food line

they can't keep up with the orders so they close the lobby and make everyone go through the drive thru, making it a 30 minute or longer experience to pick up a delivery order. Poor management and incompetent employees.

DISGUSTING!!!! Do you see bacon? No that's cause they didn't put my bacon they just put cheese.... 😒 as for my chicken sandwich.... it is drenched in some weird sauce has like no lettuce and looks like it's 3 days old the cheese on both of my burgers was disgusting. I paid for 4 sauces and only got 2 and the staff are so rude for no reason. This was by far the worst fast food experience I've had. Disgusting dining area. Management needs to step up BIG time.

Waited 30 minutes for 12 nuggets and a small fry even though I was the first of 3 cars. On top of that they tried handing me my order after already handing it to someone else, thankfully they shouted out that they need to remake my food letting me know. And to top it off tried giving me my food for a 2nd time just to forget one of nugget orders and sauce but wants to have an attitude with me when I mentioned it talking about the new food they had to make when that's not what the issue was. Why 2 6 pcs nugget and a small fry needed all of this extra stuff is beyond me but I'm just gonna drive the extra 8 mins to the other one ✌🏾
