I recently visited the McDonald’s near MacDill Air Force Base and had a pretty disappointing experience. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app for a 20-piece nugget meal that included two large fries. At the register, the employee scanned my app and quoted me a price over $10, which didn’t match what I expected. I thought maybe prices had changed, but it still felt off.
When I got to the second window, they only handed me the fries. I mentioned I was missing my nuggets, and the staff told me I was only charged for the fries. I showed them my app order, explained that I’d ordered the full meal, and asked for the manager because it was clearly a mistake.
Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, cursing while handing over the nuggets and basically acting like I was the problem. I didn’t argue; I just wanted the correct order. In the end, she threw in a few dollars as a refund and left me feeling really shaken up by the whole ordeal.
I’ve never had an experience like this at a fast-food place before. I just want to make sure corporate is aware, because no customer should be treated that way. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Slow. Down. Double check your orders before you close the DoorDash bag, and give them to The delivery person, because they can’t look in the bag to make sure that you put everything in there. It’s not that hard.

Looking for fast food? This isn’t it. Worst McDonalds in Tampa. They make you pull up after paying to get you out the window. Wait is 20+ minutes while the kitchen stands around and play. They don’t hand you drinks or anything before making you pull up. Nothing about this McDonalds is fast food… literally the slowest moving in Tampa. Wish there was a bk or a Taco Bell here instead.

The French fries were extremely salty, to the point that they were inedible and had to be thrown away. In addition, the crispy chicken was old and overcooked, with a very hard texture and an unpleasant taste.
This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the quality I usually expect from McDonald’s. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and would appreciate a resolution or compensation for the inconvenience.

I am somewhat of a McGlobe-trotter, having eaten at many McDonald’s both nationally and internationally, so keep that in mind when I say this was the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.
I’ve never waited so long for a 6-piece and a double cheeseburger in my life. I’m stuck behind a vehicle for what feels like an eternity, then a worker comes out the front of the store with their food in hand and starts shouting at them to drive up to them (I dont even?). After that, nobody is at the window for a good five minutes, and I can literally see my bag sitting there the whole time until the (only?) worker finally hands it to me.
The burger was an absolute failure that would bring a tear to the eye of Ronald himself, drenched in mustard, a drop of ketchup, none of those little onion bits, and no pickles.
Best to avoid this location after 10pm, service was fine the other times I have been to this location.

Consistently horrible staff, the hiring manager is as bad as the snotty teenagers they hire. If you want to stiff Check of reality of people who just don’t wanna be here step into this McDonald’s. Unfortunately, I have to deal with it because it’s in my neighborhood and I love McDonald’s, but this is the absolute worse I’ve ever experienced so very sad. And on top of that as I was making this review, they got our order wrong. Amazing! Second time waited 24 min. For my food, I made them remake it. They scoffed at me and delivered me colder food and half my fries overall trash experience. At least they’re consistent.

The new look McDonald's in my opinion is a mess. Employees barely deal with clients, you have to order on the computer screen and if any issues you have to be hunting for employees because there is nobody in the front except when bringing the food to you and seems always something is needed or missing in your order, especially when store is busy. Food was typical Mickey D's (2 McRibs) that i really like and that is the reason of the 4 in food. Food is about expected but in my opinion service is down from before

After visiting this particular restaurant frequently over the last 2 years (due to location), I have waited until now to leave a review. The food at this restaurant is exactly what you would expect from other McDonalds; however, the customer service and experience lacks considerably.
I have emailed the store manager or owner (whomever is listed at the bottom of the receipt) with my feedback and will adjust my review as appropriate.
