Extremely awful service food was awful burgers were all slanted like somebody punched. It asked for extra pickles didn’t get extra pickles, one pickle per sandwich all in all very disappointed with McDonald’s.

Avoid at all costs. The drive through is terrible, they make you pull up and park for 10+ mins just to be given cold food and a missing order. Not worth your time, drive to another location before going to this one.

it seems ever since the remodel nothing has been the same! last week i went in for to ice cream sundaes around 3pm on a weekday. i saw a few other people waiting including uber eats. i waited 20 MINUTES for 2 ice creams!!!!!!!!!!!! the staff is extremely rude like the people at the front counter are a burden they barely even come up to the front. in my 20 minute wait it seemed only the drive through mattered. Its bad enough you have to take your own order at a kiosk but you cant even see or talk to an employee while there. they throw the food on the pick up shelf and run off you cant even get ketchup i frequent this McDonald often because i am next door and i refuse to go there anymore!

Typical fast food, one of the only places in the area that’s open 24/7.
They are very slow, and have you pull around to the front to make their ticket times seem shorter. They are very short with you and rude. Don’t be surprised if their credit card machine is down or they down have certain food items. If this wasn’t right outside of the base there’s no way they’d still be open.
There’s literally 5 cars waiting in the parking lot for their food right now, with NO cars at the pay window. Good luck.

Macdonald at this location needs to do something with the homeless people going inside to used the bathroom and sitting

Not sure what happened to McDonald’s franchise. But they have been hiring the worse employees. I ordered from the McDonald’s off Gandy and Interbay blvd. There is no way it takes 32 minutes to get 3 orders of microwaveable pancakes.Each time I visit Tampa I go to this McDonald and every time was a long wait for a simple order. If you don’t want to waste your time do not visit this McDonald’s.

This place sucks, I know they due numbers due to being right of base, but the fact that I get here at 1103, second window by 1115, then it’s 1150 before I get my food is actually insane. I’ve worked fast food before and it’s truly not hard lol

I went into the store at 0453. I understand that the kiosks are shut down for inventory, that's not a problem. Johma came to the register to take my order and I asked if I could use the kiosk so I could use the rewards on my account but he insisted that he help me. I ordered two spicy sausage egg and cheese muffins, a hash brown and a small mocha frappe with an expresso shot which came up to 16 dollars and some change. I asked for the 20 percent off that you can get at the kiosk and jomah told me that he couldn't do it because I was already using a promotion. I asked him what promotion was I using and he told me that I'm being difficult, I told him that he was being rude and he seemed to think that calling a customer difficult wasn't rude he then told his crew member to take the food back with an attitude so I asked if I could just use the kiosk instead of dealing with him and told me I was being difficult again. After using the kiosk my total was 12 dollars and some change for the same order. I asked the crew member for a manager to talk about the situation. The lead manager and the crew member were very respectful and tried apologizing for jomahs behavior to which you can hear him yelling from the top of his lungs in his office.I left out at 0510. I worked at McDonald's for 6 years and id never treat a customer like this.
