Went through the drive through this morning. Placed my order, paid for my order. I seen on the screen I had ordered a large coffee. Got to the second window and the woman tried to hand me a small coffee, I said that is supposed to be a large (which I paid for) She then told me I was only charged for a small. Unfortunately the ordering system had an update that could last 20mins at 4am in the morning and my electronic order had to be canceled when I went to pick it up from the drive through.

i just got off work and decided to swing by for food. i ordered through my phone but there was a slight hiccup when i pulled up to the intercom and they asked me about my order, then vanished for like five mins lol. HOWEVER, i pulled up and got my food and they got everything right. despite there only being two or three ppl working the entire store, they got my order completely correct and apologized for the wait. i’ve worked in fast food a couple times and i know how it is...
