The new look McDonald's in my opinion is a mess. Employees barely deal with clients, you have to order on the computer screen and if any issues you have to be hunting for employees because there is nobody in the front except when bringing the food to you and seems always something is needed or missing in your order, especially when store is busy. Went through the drive through this morning. Placed my order, paid for my order. I seen on the screen I had ordered a large coffee. Got to the second window and the woman tried to hand me a small coffee, I said that is supposed to be a large (which I paid for) She then told me I was only charged for a small. Unfortunately the ordering system had an update that could last 20mins at 4am in the morning and my electronic order had to be canceled when I went to pick it up from the drive through.
The associate was polite but still disappointing, I guess it just wasn't meant to be that day.
