I recently started going here and my first hybrid Cuban was a good experience. Unfortunately, it has not been consistent. They taste good but there have been times where the meats were very skimpy and they are not cheap. I ordered a hybrid Cuban one day and when I get back to my office it had no tomato. What makes it a hybrid is lettuce AND TOMATO. Needless to say, it was not the same. I was not going to go back, at this point, so I thought I would mention it the next time I was there. Again, I ordered my hybrid Cuban and when I start telling them about the last mishap, the lady at the counter says "oh, we didn't have tomatoes last week". So, why not let the customer know that one of the two ingredients that make it a hybrid, is not available. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. And they were about to make me another one with no tomato, again, without telling me they still had none available.The customer service is very dry. Don't expect to feel welcome. Take note that in the more recent reviews, the bad customer service seems to be a trend. I don't want have to find another place for lunch, but I'm having second thoughts about going back.I went in one day and asked one of the ladies (not the one that usually takes the orders) a question about ordering because she was the only one there at that moment and she told me that "she didn't take the orders". She didn't go get the other lady, she didn't tell me to wait one moment until someone else came back, that was all she said. The food has been good, although inconsistent, but that will only last so long before customers look for other alternatives. I'm hoping the owner starts listening to these customer service reviews.

By FAR THEE BEST CUBAN IN TAMPA!! I get so tired of hearing "We have the best Cuban in town" in this city because everyone claims to be the best. My friends not only was the meat superb, but the bread was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The soup is phenomenal and so full of flavor. Will definitely be back!

How would I rate this place, the food is ok, but hey they make money because of their location. The service is horrible. You have sloths making your food that's how slow they are. The one young lady with pick hair is always disturbing the other works with her phone. Which slows production and stops the cooks from processing orders. Then I called four times to do a phone order and no one ever picked up.

This restaurant took our money for an online order to be picked up. Once we arrived for pick up at 12:46pm, they were closed. Only go here if you like to get robbed.

This was a pleasant place to eat. The turkey cuban sandwich was so good.. The environment was quiet an pleasant to enjoy a meal on my break. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
I love the Cuban so much! I fly back to Georgia and will be picking up one before my flight! I’m so blessed to have worked for the county and be able to have access to such wonderful sandwiches! Love the family business and atmosphere. Get the hybrid Cuban and turkey hybrid

I had never had a Cuban sandwich before so I wanted to try out this place. I had the Cuban Famous hybrid sand which with the garlic butter bread. It was so good!! I ordered the half sandwich and that was plenty.

Not good don't waste your time, the Cuban sandwich was made incorrectly (how do you do that in Tampa) the potato ball was gross, and they ran out of empanadas and devil crab right in the middle of lunch!

So that bread is what’s great, it’s been perfected it seems by taste ?I got the hybrid, the deviled crab ? (not sure if it’s another sandwich or some other specialty side dish) was sold out! Half a hybrid was enough for me to say I’d probably be back if I was back in the area again sometime…
