It's in the top 8 boba places around Tampa. Prices are excellent even though it's in a pricier location. The area has a parking garage ideal to use if going here. Parking on the streets is sparse.

Was my favorite place to get boba but was very disappointing this time I went. I always stick to the same order which is a strawberry matcha w/light ice and light strawberry popping boba as I find it the full scoop too overwhelming. Received my drink and it didn’t look like how it usually does so I mentioned I think the strawberry was forgotten. The cashier that took my order said no they mixed it in, but the same drink was sitting at the counter and it looked exactly how I’m used to mine looking like which is layered. I walked out and took a sip and quickly realized there was no taste of strawberry in this drink, just matcha. As well as so much boba and when I looked at the sticker, she rang me up for a full scoop of strawberry boba as well as an addition “light scoop” of regular chewy boba.🤢 my $9.63 drink was disgusting but at this point I’m in my car having bad pain from contractions that I didn’t have the energy to walk back anymore and complain again.

Tea that actually tastes like tea. Small spot but a lot of options.

It’s alright, it’s definitely not powdered, it is hand crafted which I appreciate. But the location is a bit cramped and awkward. Most of the space is taken up by a bike studio which makes the setup tight and feel like a bit of an identity crisis. Tried the Strawberries and Coconut Cream, it was good but a little too sweat; I was hoping for a bit more of a complexed and refined flavor profile from a place that handcrafts.

Doesn’t have a very strong tea flavor, but this isn’t traditional milk tea. Still decent tho. Also got the Tiger Thai, would def recommend regular Thai tea for a stronger flavor

Firstly, what a great location! To place a boba spot in the trendy Midtown footprint was rather mindful and ingenious when it comes to sustaining a thriving business.

Midtown Boba is amongst the few local boba spots in the proper Tampa area that is able to hold its own against the more tenured and reputable boba franchises.

While the taste and quality is nothing overly extraordinary, Midtown Boba definitely has design and image in mind when it comes to branding and eye-appeal. This shows Midtown Boba's understanding of the existing market and how it is necessary to merge these elements with the existing environment. While not related to the food and service they provided, it is a consideration that is sometimes forgone; it's refreshing to see this implementation by Midtown Boba.

Parking in general in this area is a bit tricky - if you're lucky, you may find short-term parking in one of the 6-8 spots right in front of the shop - however, there is free general parking in the lot off Bromley Grand Avenue.

Overall, Midtown Boba provides a decent boba drink to accompany this great Midtown hang-out spot.

Stopped in today & the staff answered all my questions. Very helpful. Michaela was super informative & kind. I was very interested in the boba & she let me try a sample first. It is hands down the best I’ve had in Tampa. I will be back for sure.

I tried the Strawberry Taro and the Strawberries & Coconut Cream, and both were amazing! Easily the best drinks I had during my vacation in Tampa. On top of that, the service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Very much a hidden gem in midtown as this store hides in many similar looking stores however it is quite the treat as it has some of the highest quality boba I have tried in Tampa. I myself ordered the Thai milk tea which was very sweet but not overpowering which most boba places fail to achieve. My family was also with me and we enjoyed trying what we ordered as they all were of similar quality along with designs that really catch the eye as my mother kept her cup.

Out of all the boba places I have visited I would definitely be paying another visit to midtown for another cup and one that I will happily say was a 10/10 experience
