Excellent meal and our server, Loe was excellent as wet.
Absolutely love eating here, Our server Lou was amazing.
I give it a 3. The ceviche was decent. The tortillas were cold that's why the 3 rating. If I'm paying a good price for tacos I expect hot tortillas. Will definitely try it again see if they fix the cold tortillas issue.

This place is not what it used to be! The service has deteriorated, and the front desk staff is rude and unaccommodating. The drinks and food are mediocre at best. I won’t be coming back for sure. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Went for lunch on a taco Tuesday with a total of party of 2. They had several tacos specials, so I ordered a chicken, steak, carnita, and spicy pork. All 4 tacos were cold when they brought them out. The chicken and steak meat were fairly dry with not much seasoning. The carnitas were moist and cold with little taste. They spicy pork didn't have any spice to them. Again, cold and moist. All tacos had heavy lettuce and tomatoes. I could have been a bad day for the cooks, but I wouldn't recommend these tacos. They did have wagu, shrimp, and lobster tacos, but if you can't get the basics down, there is no need to buy these higher priced tacos. The tequilla flights were good, and the $4 beers were at a good price point, but I wouldn't spend $100+ here again.

Got to admit, I heard a rumor that the food has gone down at Miguel's on the corner of Kennedy and MacDill and I can verify that rumor we spent $65 and left their very unsatisfied my wife can't even finish half of a burrito the girl didn't even ask what was wrong after I mentioned that the food wasn't as good as it's been in the past I would not go back here Miguelito's which is there sister store down the street is where I would go if I even go back

Steak taco was not cooked fully; looked raw. Possibly contaminated as I got sick 1 hour later.

Absolutely the worst Mexican food around. Five of us ordered different items and shared. None of us liked the food.

I've been going to Miguel's over 25 years the pricing has gone way high so high, we don't go out to eat very often as it was a special occasion wife's birthday. I think it's overpriced in the market where I used to get fajitas for $15 now they're at least $28 so. At two other of my restaurants I visit I can get a combo meal with three items for under $12 I did not get that way too much for a lunch meal however I did get the flautas and they seem to be just as good as they used to be just the beans were hard and not warm and the rice was more of a Spanish style rice than Mexican style and they were awfully sparse amounts of each

Legend has it this is the exact spot where the Nina the Pinta and the Santa Maria first landed and came into contact with the natives. The Chief Miguel presented the Spaniards with fried pockets full of cream cheese and seafood. The Spaniards became so lethargic from the carb intake and margaritas that they were soon overcome by Miguel and his army of women stripped of all their riches they headed home defeated and overweight

Chimicha not fried anymore. Waitress said it was but wasn't. didn't care to do anything about it. Beans tasted sour.
Honestly, we showed up @ 5:57 to order 6 margs for happy hour. Bartender was making some other drinks and I had to get his attention to order before 6. He tried to enter it at 6 and said can't do it. Manager came over and said the system isn't allowed to do it, but we can do 2.
We came in with 10 people and of which they lost out on all of my drinks and my business.

We’ve eaten at Miguel’s many many times both inside as through Uber Eats but the last year has been very disappointing when ordering delivery. The occasional forgotten beans or cheese dip isn’t the issue, frustrating but not the worst.
What I focus on is the serving size of the protein and tonight was the final straw. I ordered the Grilled Beef Fajita for $27.45 and the amount of steak made it a waste of money! I weighed the amount of steak and there was only 2.75 ounces of meat… for $27.45 and they can’t tell me the pre-cooked weight was even a 6 ounce filet!!! The taste is just good but for that amount there should be a whole steak sliced on the plate! This has been going on for a while. When we order at the restaurant the amount is noticeably more.
I can’t recommend ordering delivery unless you’re willing to waste your money and get filled up on rice as beans.
