I'm kind of a cheesesteak snob living in new jersey, visiting philly a lot growing up. Honestly, I wouldn't get that from here again. But i'm definitely gonna go back to this restaurant and try something else.

I’ve been passing this place for weeks and finally decided to check it out, with of course my wife (who’s from Baltimore). If you love Philly cheesesteaks and live within 1 hour of this place you MUST go! I met the cook, but just missed the owner and they are from Philly!!! EVERYTHING from the cheesesteak to the seasoned fries to the outdoor tables to the brand new food trailer is on POINT!!! Oh, did I mention that his music play list on the outdoor speaker had my wife grooving while eating!!!
****Update: went again today (Saturday) and was even better tasting this time around. Met the owner, who offered us wine while we wait!!!!
***6/27/25 UPDATE - - So finally made it to Ybor to have my favorite Philly cheesesteak in all of FLORIDA. Don’t be shy, the owner of Monster Pizza owns it now, but I PROMISE it’s the exact same taste and even the same cook!!!

Hands down the beat cheesesteak I've ever had...i don't care about Philadelphia, or New Jersey, Tampa Florida has the best cheesteak ever! If I could give it 6 stars I would!!!!!

Worse place I ever been to, I ordered 2 Philly's and waited almost 30 minutes for one then the guy started the 2nd one after serving the 1st one and took just as long. I spent $60 for 2 sandwiches and 2 cans of pop and ended up throwing away most of it. Definitely a waste of time and money. Everyone who's claims this place is good needs to check their taste buds.
Very outdated dirty equipment workers wear no gloves cross contamination at it’s finest bringing dough out the kitchen taking peoples orders while bear handed with dough in hand honestly as I was waiting it gave me vibes of sanitation concerns a bit highly rated for no reason took 45min from ordering to wait for 2 cheesesteaks sandwiches and garlic knots mind you the sandwiches were $20 and with no fries no drink garlic knots $5 two cans of soda $6 total $50+ After waiting 45 min we received two garlic knots and one sandwich the other one took another 15 min worst experience ever we were hungry and looked at the reviews and decided to give it a try I tried my hardest not to judge upon appearance but as I tried their cheesesteak sandwich it was bland mushy steak barely some aldis banana peppers had to pour so much hot sauce to give it some flavor kinda scared to try the other half doesn’t even look like chicken lord knows how long that’s been kept nothing is fresh as they claim I hope I don’t get sick definitely don’t recommend I believe they were probably good at one point In their time but not anymore they don’t look like they care for the place itself the food that comes out that kitchen not their customers and it’s sad but it’s reality please don’t waste your time or your money here Wendy’s is down the street

Decided to give them a try. Not worth the 40mins wait for a simple maybe cheesteak. Plus for food being pipping hot but sandwich tasted more like group beef then an actually Philly. The bread was really good tho
