Pies are delicious. Were prohibited from ordering online, website said walk ins are recommended and welcomed. You wouldn’t have known it by the lady who “allowed” us to listen to the pies she had available, because she physically blocked the fridge from us looking at them. She acted like we should be thankful for their gift of the pie, rather than treating us like customers she would like to see return. Which we will, probably, because their pies are amazing, but they REALLY need to teach her some customer service skills, in a major way. The other lady ringing us up and taking our money was way nicer, at least… five star pies, three star service.

This is just a little pick up office. You can pick up orders or stop in and buy and take with you. Google maps has the wrong entrance. You actually go all the way around on tech road passed the sheriff office to locate. You will see some green signs and they are on the far end. The front door wouldn't open without me putting some force on it. When you walk in there were some ladies to the left who were really nice. In front of you is a pie case. They have some ready in the freezer for purchase. The one lady came out got our pies and the other rang us up. Super easy transaction and their pies are fantastic. We used to order online when we lived out of state. This is not an eat in location.
Pies are the best around, just wish they had a better shopping experience.

It’s better to just by the pies at the store. Being meaning to visit this place for over 6 months based on the photos. I’m a super fan of the pies. It’s very underwhelming and impersonal from what I thought the place would be. The person at the front immediately tried to sell me pies. That’s not a bad thing but I was really there to kind look at where these famous pies come from and maybe ask a few questions about the history of Mike’s Pie. I was very disappointed because it took me over an hour to get there because the map was wrong(Thanks Google). It just felt so transactional when I got there. I felt like I should did something wrong. My experience was so transactional. Mike’s Pies has another bird in hand and doesn’t even realize the amount of money being left on the table. I’ll continue to eat the pies though.

The key lime pie is definitely a must try. The filling is pretty straight-forward and most definitely a good tart key lime flavor with that rich sweet condensed milk, which really compliments that great Graham cracker crust that is not sweet but does have a perfect crunch. Good stuff, I applaud them. Only thing I wish Google maps did a better job of directions in that area where there are lots of businesses and warehouses. Only down side, Call them if you're heading there when you get to the warehouse area so they can help you out with directions...Google get your stuff together with directions smh. Just made it before they closed for the weekend 👍🏼👍🏼
