The place is family-owned small, spotless, and has a cozy, authentic Japanese vibe. The ramen is absolutely delicious: rich broth, fresh ingredients, and perfect noodles. Wow! This place was great! Atmosphere was amazing the decor was great, this place looks very cool! Service was good. The food taste so great I will definitely be coming back here that’s for sure
Food was good but not worth the price. Was charged $50 without tip and it was more like a $35 lunch. Pork Bao buns were reasonably priced. Noodles with a few toppings is not worth $20.

We have lived in Japan before while in the US Navy and we can say, without a doubt, that Minano Ramen here in Tampa is as close to authentic tasting ramen and other great food choices on the menu, that we were able to feast on in Japan.
