Kay Watt Fit-fit
Mitmita's traditional injera soaked in Kay watt. The beef is sautéed on a pan along with garlic, ginger and onion until softly golden brown then sautéed in Ethiopian's famously hot ber-bere sauce.

Tender choice of beef sautéed spiced butter grilled onion, green peppers rosemary and fresh herbs.
Kay Watt
Very lean chopped beef simmered in garlic, onion fresh ginger along with a hot and thick berbere sauce.
Kitfo
Rare. Freshly minced extra lean and tender prime beef seasoned with spiced butter and mitmita. Served raw much like steak tartar.
Gored Gored
Lean beef tenderloin marinated in house awaze sauce. Served either raw or rare.

This was my first time having Ethiopian food. My server Athena went above and beyond to teach me about the cuisine and culture. The food was all incredible, I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

Have eaten here a few times, and the food and service have been excellent each time. Had the Vegetarian Combination on this trip which was delicious, as were the Vegetable & Chicken Sambusa. Definitely plan on eating here again.

Had an amazing experience dining here tonight. It is wonderful to have such a great establishment within an hour drive from me!
The atmosphere is lovely and our server Athena made sure the experience was 10/10! Everything we had was absolutely amazing! Even the iced tea far exceeded expectations. This will definitely be the first of many visits!!
