Used the app to place an order and headed to the restaurant. Was greeted by the staff when I walked in the door and was pointed to my order that was ready and waiting. Thanked as I was leaving. Got home, food was stll hot and well prepared. I had the Homewrecker Bowl and my guest had Build Your Own nachos. Very pleased with both the taste and price.

Store was empty on a Moe Monday at dinner that’s when I knew I should’ve left. First time at this location, smelt really bad, disgusting behind the counter, floors and salsa bar. Wasn’t welcomed in and waited for 5 minutes while they kept looking at me before I was acknowledged and only then did I get a “what do you want”. Unfriendly staff, dirty restaurant, food wasn’t fresh (guac was brown and pico looked rancid). I’ve been running to the bathroom for days now. No doubt some kind of food poisoning. The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves.

This was probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in my whole entire life! We were the first people to arrive at 10:30 and I’m pretty sure the guy who unlocked the door use the same gloves that he did to roll our burritos. On top of that it look like, he did not wash his shirt from his last time working. Despite it being just open. It was extremely dirty! The chips were stale. And on top of all of that when we were sitting down and they were still cleaning. There was a lady that decided to use chemicals to wipe down the counter and when she sprayed the chemicals, it was directly towards the salsa area. I wish I could give them a negative star, but unfortunately will not let me.

The staff must be composed of morons and troglodytes, because they never get my freaking order right on UberEats. Your job is so easy, just add salsa to the orders that ask for salsa. Their incompetence is inexcusable.
I’ve already emailed their corporate managers, and I’ve made a YouTube vid on my other channel with 280K+ subs. I hope these idiots that don’t respond will get canned.

While the staff sadly turns over due to inflation realities, this location is consistently awesome and filled with amazing peeps and food.
In contrast to other restaurants who used COVID as an excuse to lower services at higher costs, these guys upped their game. They’re always willing to make everything to order, fulfill every request, and are the rarest of places that truly enjoy kiddos.
The tofu is literally made on the fly, per family!
I wish some patrons would realize how hard these guys work. They make the food, custom prepare it, and clean/manage the store. Oodles of competing pick up and catering orders too. And they never complain.
I feel terrible as the nitpickers try to ruin their days with over demands, likewise that staff can’t see the well deserved tips at time of purchase (to know they’re appreciated).
Yes, it’s Moe’s. But as someone with severe dietary restrictions and a little kiddo, I’m grateful this place and awesome staff exist.

Been a long time customer but the past few times we have gone we have had a very bad experience. This most recent order we were missing lots of items and my husband got something completely different than what he ordered. It was a pickup order so none of it was noticed until we got home, and we can’t even get through to them on the phone to try and get the order right. Wasted money and very disappointed.

The location on Dale Mabry near Henderson, is horrible. Salsa looked wretched, all the ingredients were mixed with each other, lettuce was horrible, and the stoner server was rude as can be. Place could've been cleaner too. Worst Moe's I've been to.
Rice is really hard. Have no idea why. Burrito wrap is tough. Asked for extra chicken and ended up with the normal amount of chicken.8Came back to order a chicken burrito. Rice was really hard again. Chicken was crazy burnt and it took over the taste of the burrito. Thrown away after three bites. $20 wasted.

Pros and Cons. Pro: I got food that was edible., Cons: The food counter was a mess. Food cover trays stacked upon one another ans stacked on the food counter. Many of the food items where spilling into one another. When ordering food, I was greeted with "what do you want?" I have seen happier people at a funeral. Management really needs to take a look at this place and reevaluate all their employees. Would only recommend if you do not care at all about service. The chairs tables and floors were all sticky And look like had not been cleaned in days.

Save your money. Every other location in the area honors the Monday Burrito or Bowl “Special” which includes both kinds of chicken and the drink. Not Here!!! They will nickel and dime you, in the end it will cost you the regular price. It’s almost more than eating at Chipotle. Im sticky with chipotle, way fresher, cleaner and higher quality all around. Unfortunately, it’s not the employees fault but they’re adding all the up charges manually.
