I was in town visiting family and while being on vacation, I had to stop at Moe’s. Had a chicken and a steak burrito and both tasted great. Service was a tad slow at this location but I believe the young man preparing our food was fairly new so no biggie. Everything else was very solid. Recommended.
Sad to say I was disappointed with the service. Placed an order the other day over HALF AN HOUR prior to my arrival for pick up, only to then be told that they don't have the ticket, and I very clearly placed it at this location. To add to that, the male staff member not only told me it wasn't there, but then proceeded to ignore me for the next 10 minutes while I was at the register waiting. No one else inquired to me further for help. Ended up walking away with no proper answer and no food to show for it.

There’s a male staff who’s always friendly (don’t know his name). And he makes the food with passion and care. My biggest gripe is that the white rice is never cooked…never! Please thoroughly cook the rice. Please.
I enjoy the salsa bar, but it does look unpleasant in spots. The restaurant itself looks understaffed and so my low atmosphere marks is not a stain against the staff, but a highlight that whomever is in charge needs to do something about the cleaning staff.
I do love that chips come with the bowl meal, and I always have leftovers. The flavors are nicely balanced too. The meat is always succulent and tender, and the veggies are fresh and crisp. Thank you to the team here that’s keeping this place going!
The store is within a very popular plaza so parking can be tuff, and dangerous. Be careful when coming and going.

Food was terrible. White rice shouldn't be crunchy. Just tasteless Restaurants sidewalks atrocious Staff seem to be 😠 😡 Old sink stored in dining area has to be a health hazard. This used to be a great place. I don't know what happened.

Place is filthy. dirty floors. The Salas bar is about to walk away on its own. The grills are caked with last decades grease. the staff is more concerned with chatting with each other than taking your order. The ingredients are being dripped across each other and have different chunks of other things in them. I would go back....

The service was great but the food was the most repulsive and disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. The chicken tasted like rubber and the food has zero seasoning what so ever. I almost threw up in my mouth eating it.

I haven't been to Moe's in year until today. People have bad mouthed Moe's amd I defended them....until today. Tge food was awful. The meat was like industrial institution food. The ground beef had red dye and beans in it after them piling on beans. Not good.

We were not having a great day when we stopped in for dinner at Moe‘s. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, the guy who made our meal the cashier the manager all made us feel welcome and comfortable. And the food was fantastic!
