The food was good there was a younger woman working the front and she was so good and helpful then a guy cam out from the back just to check us out with a group of 8 and we said we were eating in. Half of our group had the food put in Togo bags. The bathroom had no soap and the paper towel dispenser had a clog so the solution from them was to put the paper towels up top. The soda machine or something had a bad water leak behind it.

I used to come here all the time and in the last few weeks I’ve noticed a steep decline in the quality of the food. I always order the Stack and recently they’ve stopped putting it in a container and instead loosely wrap it with foil and throw it in a bag. The white chicken was burnt today and had a really unappealing taste. I don’t think i’ll be coming back for a while

It’s time for this location to be shut down. It doesn’t seem to be any hope no matter what manager/staff is hired. I lived in Carrollwood area for 4 years and they started out good but has since gone down hill bad. There’s no hope!
I was in the area yesterday and decided to drop in and I honestly wish I kept going. Placed a simple mobile order for 2 items. I arrived shortly after and when I walked in, the smell of the place was horrible!! Like who wants to eat at a restaurant that basically smells like hot garbage that’s been in the sun for days! The unkept and cleanness in the lobby and behind the counter non existing. No “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting. Get to the register to pick up order and my taco is laying on the dirty counter. The worker then proceeds to give me a bag of chips but grabs said taco and puts it on top of the chips I’m now expected to eat. Taco was cold and not at the right temperature so I asked them to remake it. Manager/shift lead instantly gets an attitude and says we just made it that’s how it comes. Cold food?! I think not. I then had a side of guacamole that was less than a scoop full. Manager/shift argued with me that’s it’s the correct size. She had a very nasty attitude from the moment we came in which is wild to me because there was no one in the place!
There was no salsa at the station and when asked was there more that could be put out was told not at the moment. It was 7p and they still had 3 hours left. The young me. That were working didn’t seem to know anything and when we left and where sitting in the car they kept coming to the window waving with silly faces. No professionalism about them at all. My 2 item order went in the trash it was as just that bad. Wasted money for sure.

I just went to pick up a mobile order and my food was sitting on the counter not bagged and when i stated m i’m here for pick up this young man literally handed me my order with no bag, all 3 of the employees at like i was bothering them including the manager who’s started the rude behavior and didn’t help the minor situation out. The restaurant was filthy from the dirty floors, the horrible smell in the building, the salsa area was very low on salsa and when asked if it was more an attitude came with that, 3more hours of opening and the salsa station look bad. The 2 male employee’s noticed me taking photos of the outside area which had glass at the entrance and started laughing and waving like something was funny as to the way me and my sister was treated. Avoid this Location of possible. Oh not to mention the Temp and presentation of the hot food area was not correct, i’m sure if the health department as to do a pop up they would fail in many areas.

I ordered a bowl and a quesadilla from here the rice was hard and the food was inedible but that was not my biggest problem I had a parasite in my food. I cannot believe this happened to me! I will be taking legal action!

I had the worst experience of my life at this Moes today. I have been to this location probably 100 + times over the years and never in my life have I experienced anything this bad.
The restaurant is absolutely disgustingly kept. Does not look like anyone has even done a quick sweep in weeks+. The employees act as if you are bothering them. The food was repulsive. I had a Joey steak per usual. It wasn’t even room temp, it was cold. The rice was undercooked so badly you could mistake it for chips. This is one of maybe 3 bad reviews I have made in my entire life. Usually won’t bother writing one if I am simply unimpressed. This was horrendous…
The manager Stephanie was very polite and professional. Despite working all by herself, she greeted everyone who walked in the door. The food was fresh and hot. The service was excellent. Stephanie kept a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Ms. Stephanie. MB😀

Walked in and it was filthy. Waited to order a few mins and the lovely woman behind the counter scowled at me and walked away, so I walked out. Place was empty at 12:30 on a weekday. Great job, everyone.

I will never set foot in this establishment again. The floors have some greasy substance all over it. Everything was filthy as well as the bathrooms were in terrible shape and stuff falling off the wall.

Yummy food! Reminded me of Chipotle and Qdoba but more of a fresh ingredient taste. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you want amazing food!

The food had absolutely no tastes. I was with another person as well and they said the same thing and we both got different things. First time I have ever experienced this at a Moe's. So maybe whoever is cooking might need to be retrained. Very disappointing. Everything tastes the exact same. No taste
