If I could give this place less than one star I would. We just placed a large catering order with them for like 140 bowls and instead got 140 burritos which is a problem because we have people who have strict gluten free diets. Also, the “chicken” burritos were pathetic — almost all rice and beans with barely any chicken. Way to pull a fast one and save a buck on a large, lucrative catering order guys. And the tortilla chips were stale. Utter garbage. Don’t place catering orders at this absolutely incompetent establishment, much less buy a meal here.

The employee, who was on his phone the whole time, proceeds to grill my taco on the dirty grill without even bothering to scrape it off first. Then scrapes the gunk off the sides of the pan to give me my bowl of queso. I was already about done with moes since the started charging ridiculous prices and started giving miniscule portions of protein. But this solidified my desire to never return. The only reason I went was because they gave a coupon on the app, but even that did not make it worth the waste of 15 dollars.

Very poor service. Employees at this location are not at all friendly. I have witnessed some giving attitude toward customers. Other employees seem mad at having a job. It’s unreal at this location. Do NOT come here. Avoid. Dirty bathroom and floors also. Poor conditions and service.

Hadn't been here in a long time. Now I remember why I stopped coming. This place has really gone downhill. No greeting when you walk in. Food prep area is a mess. Food looks like it's been sitting there for days. They were out of lots of items. I should've walked out there but my kid was hungry so we ordered. What a regret. I couldn't even force myself to take a bite. Salsa/soda area is disgusting. No ice. Tables are dirty. Staff looks like they don't give a crap. This place probably needs the health dept to step in and shut it down. I can't say enough times how gross it is. My kid took 1 bite of his quesadilla. Well I paid for a regular one and all the chicken was in a clump so it was basically a cheese one. He complained the whole way home saying his tummy hurts. Just save yourself and don't go here! Nasty, just nasty!

Absolutely gross how these people going to work here are so rude to their customers. I got served undercooked chicken 09/09/2024 absolutely feel horrible right now. I ate the burrito not noticing the chicken was undercooked. Now I'm stuck in bed feel like I'm going to throw up. I hope they get their staff in check or go about getting better staff.

Never ordering from this place. They always get my order incorrect. This time I was missing an entire burrito and the one they gave me had cheese and sour cream on it. I have a dairy allergy and had to throw everything away. Also forgot my salsa, like usual. Chips were extremely salty to the point they were inedible. Seems almost intentional.

Wow, I went in there on Saturday 9/28 — Torren & Tiaunce were such a breath of fresh air! Fabulous service, I was so impressed! They made a mundane take out order so pleasant & fun. Someone give these ladies a raise!!! Thank you for your great customer service! ??
