Extremely dirty and old. How is this Moes still open for business? We walked in and the food was old and dry looking. The line of food is dirty and mixed with all the other toppings. No way never again.

I’m not sure who owns this specific franchise but it’s a mess. I was there last Thursday and pick up orders took almost two hours. Employees were yelling at customers. A customer was complaining about waiting for 1.45 mins for his order and all the employees started yelling at him. He asked for the manager , the manager looked up and said what’s up bruh and ignored what the customer was saying.Today I went during lunch & they only had 1 person doing the mobile orders , preparing the food and ringing up the food. There were no peppers and onions left, the pico de gallo was empty and no meats. There was another employee in the back making more food but very slowly . Not her fault. I think this location needs better management and better operations. It’s a bit crazy to have to wait in like for 20 mins when you are only 1 person ahead of you.

The older female manager working the bogo burrito day shift today was probably the worst manager I’ve ever seen and should be fired honestly. They were absolutely packed and only had one kid on line, and I understand if they are understaffed but all she was doing was sitting there poking chips she was frying when the boy on line was getting lightheaded and his blood sugar was dropping. He told her this and all she did was scream at him saying she had more important things to do. Actually disgusting.

Manager was awful to employees. Lot of people in line an only one employee working the line said he felt lightheaded and manager did not care to help out at all. Poor management, way understaffed I feel bad for the employees.

After ordering at this location, I waited 15 minutes while the cashier and worker that seemed like it was their first days on Earth attempted to figure out who’s bag was who’s (out of the 3 that were sitting there). She checked the couple in front of me out, and I walked up to her and confirmed that the burrito in the bag was a vegetarian burrito, and she said yes. I paid after having to ask for my queso for a 3rd time, and left. When I arrived home after my 20 minute drive back, I discovered not only the most poorly wrapped burrito I’ve ever seen…. but upon biting into it, it was full of chicken. I got sick as I am a vegetarian and have been for 8 years. This should not have been a problem as I watched the worker make my burrito and also confirmed with the cashier. When calling the store to ask for a refund, they informed me that they could not give me one over the phone. As I previously stated, I live a 45 minute round trip from this location. The gas money is worth more than the damn burrito at that point. I asked if they could possibly send me a coupon for my next order, and was told I had to come in (only in the morning, mind you as their manager is not there nights). Never have I ever had such a bad experience with a Moes, I am seriously disappointed with their incompetent staff, lack of organization, and lack of customer service. DONT come here if you have dietary resctrictions, you will absolutely get sick!!

We usually love this place and come for the food. During the dinner hour there was ONE person working behind the counter. How is she supposed to serve, take payment, fill mobile orders, and manage the dining area by herself? It was pathetic. While we decided what to do as we stood in a long line, 6 people came in and went back out. We chose to leave, too, rather than endure a long wait. Very disappointing.

Positives: Food is good. I do enjoy the flavors and food at Moes.Negatives: the location is outdated and always messy. Greasy floors/sticky floors, smells in there. Even the trash bins are beat up.Honestly if they could simple close down clean up, paint etc. it would be great.If this is a franchise they need to reinvest back into the location.Staff is what you’d expect from a place that looks the way it does. Lack luster unmotivated and could care less.

Visit on Friday around 6pm and had to leave due to the poor quality of food. Beans looked old and the adobo chicken was all dark and burned, both seems to have been sitting there for a while and nothing fresh available. As they started serving i cancelled the order and left. Never serve customers what you would not eat. Will never go to any Moe's.

Delicious burritos. After a disappointing experience with Chipotle, we have been visiting Moe's grill more frequently. My last order was adobo chicken, very flavorful, not dry at all and the order was executed to perfection! We'll be back.Parking: We've had no trouble parking here on any of our multiple visits.
