Mojito Restaurant & Lounge

This hotel is under construction and is kind of a mess. There will be a new beautiful restaurant soon. Meanwhile at the bar, Mojito, you will meet the beautiful, amazing, sweet Rebecca. She was SPECTACULAR. Super sweet, helpful, kind, and efficient. Food was good and moderately priced. Drinks were good.

This place looks like it has changed ownership a couple of times. The food was good. The service was ok... Prices were a little higher than expected. Definitely a pleasant surprise to find a decent Latin restaurant open at that hour. The decor is "eclectic".

The bar very crowded Saturday night due to two special events going on at the same time. They could have used two bartenders, but only staffed one, which is surprising because management knew about how crowded it would be. The bartender did the best that he could. For my first drink I had to wait a very long time. My following drinks had lesser wait times. Sunday afternoon was much slower and we had a different bartender. She was friendly and her speed was adequate. The beer prices...
