Really slow service. we waited like 40 mins for two bad shakes. We ordered a shake, it was like water. Don't recommend it at all, at least the shakes.

Ridiculous. Got in, about 15-20 minutes before close, and people are leaving as they start to run out of everything they have. One of the ladies says that they would only be able to give each person one scoop, and one of the major things they ran out of was waffle cones, to which they were putting ice cream in cups. We got to the front and were told that one scoop of ice cream in the plastic cup was the exact same price as the two scoop in waffle cone. Another member tried ordering a root beer float, and was told that they had ran out of root beer, and that they could replace it with cherry coke, which was “the same thing” (as the lady said). Outrageous. Left, got nothing, and was quite angry. Please don’t come here later in the day, as the service later in the day is awful and the resources become scarce.

I came in here to order a brownie supreme. It was busy and I waited about 15-20 minutes before being able to place my order and I get told they ran out of brownies 2 days ago and can’t make them. The menu is on a screen and should be updated to what’s available and what isn’t available because I wasted my time standing in line just to be told you don’t have it. Very unprofessional won’t be back

What a great experience! McKayla and Leon were so kind to my son and made him a milkshake exactly how he wanted it. He not only thought it was delicious but also appreciated how they took the time to make home special.

Went here yesterday at 4pm (4th of July, ond of the busiest days of the year) for ice cream. The 4 people working greeted us by saying they "only had strawberry and mint chocolate chip ice cream......". This is literally an ice cream shop - all they serve is ice cream. So, poor management would be to blame here.
We ordered 2 mint chocolate chip milkshakes, and the guy looked at me like I asked him for a steak. His co-worker came up and told him it was a milkshake with mint chocolate chip I've cream, at which point he seemed to understand the request.
We go to the register -- it was $34 for 2 medium sized milkshakes. This is not home-made or even premium ice cream! They are using EDY'S ICE CREAM and charging an 800% mark-up, at least. I can buy 1 gallon of Edy's ice cream for $6 at any grocery store Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Moroccan Delights at Busch Gardens offers large portions of ice cream, but the flavor choices are limited. Despite the limited options, the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, be prepared to spend a little more than expected as the ice cream is not cheap. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a sweet treat to beat the heat, the portions at Moroccan Delights are sure to satisfy. Just keep in mind that it may not be the best option if you're looking for a variety of flavors to choose from.

The Brownie Supreme had a big brownie, 2 scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. The $10 price was the best value of all the choices. The Brownie was hot and not dried out. Very filling. A meal by itself.
