Loved the food and atmosphere. My son loved his very first empanada. Pabellon was our favorite.

The fried foods are fresh and made to order which is a plus! The tartar sauce is bleh…. It doesn't taste like anything except mayonnaise. It needs garlic or lemon to give it that spectacular touch or to taste like something.

I really wanted to support a new local business but the customer service is terrible! First, they act like you're an alien if you walk in there and don't speak Spanish. Second, after I placed my order, the lady behind the counter must've sneezed 5 times in her hand then proceeded to go to the back and I heard her packaging my food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Next, I ordered a bunch of food and they only gave me 1 green sauce which is very tiny (probably less than 1 ounce). I asked for another sauce and they tried to charge me an extra dollar for 1 TINY extra sauce LOL I will continue making the drive to Are-Pitas in the temple terrace area.

I will not return to this place again, there is no seating and they let customers “reserve chairs” when there are other customers who require them. I went with my children and only had two chairs available, I asked other customers who had a table with 4 chairs available and the answer was: they are reserved. That is, you cannot have seats because they are “reserved” for people who are not in the store. Am I supposed to eat standing up? Or at the bar on one side that also has no space because the table behind it was blocking the way. I thought the person serving would intervene and help me find a place to sit, but all he offered me was the bar. It is understood that the space is limited and customers should not be allowed to “pull away chairs,” especially if there are people who wanted to consume on site.On the other hand, food takes a long time, and the bathrooms are dirty and without toilet paper.
