The food here was excellent hot, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made to order. Everything I tried was really good, and I would recommend it for the quality of the food alone. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. When I arrived, I waited a bit before anyone came to the window. The employee had a headset on, was talking on the phone, and didn’t greet me just used hand gestures to take my order. She stayed on the call the whole time, didn’t tell me my total, just handed me the payment device and receipt without saying a word. When my food was ready, she didn’t call me or let me know just left it sitting until I noticed it myself. When I asked politely for an extra sauce, she gave me a dirty look while still on the phone. I still said thank you, but the service felt rude and unwelcoming. Great food, but because of this customer service experience, I would think twice about coming back.

The attention on Sundays with the girl who takes the orders at the store Palm Rivers is really terrible, I waited 41 minutes for my order, I asked for my money back and the girl's attitude was quite rude, the times I came to this place I had never waited so long for a meal

I always buy empanadas there because I love them but in terms of service they should pay more attention; Every time I order takeout, they give me what I want, they never take my order. It's been 5 times today that the same thing happens to me and the lady who serves the service, if she doesn't know how to work with the public, should change jobs, and I'm not in the habit of giving bad opinions but this is the 5th time it's happened to me and I'm going to buy every week not to ask for a gift.

Went here on a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. I tried traditional ground beef and the shredded beef empanadas. The filling was delicious and def filled to the brim and the shell was delicious!!! I will def be back for the guava and cheese taquelos and please go there if you love great empanadas!!! Cheers!!
