I just have to give a shoutout to Chris, the bartender at the Gandy location—he’s the best! The staff is always great, but Chris takes it to another level. He’s super friendly, chill, and treats the girls in my family like VIPs. He always makes the experience awesome!

New to Tampa, This was my first time here or at any seafood restaurant here. I placed a to go order: Feeling Crabby combo with 1/2 lb of crawfish. First let me say the staff at the front were amazing, nice and welcoming. They took my order and offered me a drink while I waited.
But the wait was wasn’t even a wait. I waited 3 mins top before I got my order( a little suspicious) but I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. However when I got home my suspicions were correct. The food was over cooked, either dried up, rubbery, shriveled up, etc except for the potatoes.
I’m really disappointed because I wanted this to be my go to spot here because I’m such a huge seafood person.
Ugh I really like the staff but the food wasn’t good at least the seafood (blue crab, shrimp, crawfish) and sausage wasn’t. The sauce and potatoes were fine.
The best crab boil we’ve ever had. We got 1 pound of king crab, 1/2 pound of snow crab, shrimp and eggs along with the catfish bites and wings. The crab boil was so flavorful! We can’t stop talking about how good it was. Our server was also amazing! His name was Anthony and he was very polite and attentive. When we come back into town we will for sure be back!!
