Mr.Empanada - Carrollwood

Have been to this locations a few times. Their empanadillas are to die for. The artichoke and cheese, beef and cheese, crab meat, ground beef are delicious…. They are always served warm with a side of hot sauce. Have tried the Cuban sandwich but it was not all that great. If you go to Mr Empanada don’t come to eat sandwiches.
The staff is ok, not too friendly. Restaurant always looks clean and there is not much of a wait.

Dining at Mr. Empanadas with Ringo the bird was a riot! Picture a parrot squawking over a Cuban sandwich, trying to convince his feathered friends to ditch seeds for savory pork. The empanadas? A golden, flaky dream. The real challenge? Stopping Ringo from flying off with the leftovers. 10/10, would wing it again

Offers and awesome quick bite for empanada lovers everywhere. Even if you are not a fan this place offers something for everyone. The beef and cheese is the classic, however multiple flavors allow for everyone to find a new favorite. The cuban sandwich
is a delight as well. Multiple restaurants in the area.

I eat here periodically and yesterday was my first time getting the small chef salad which was between $5 - $6. It had luncheon meat ham in it and no tomatoes or eggs. The salad dressing is delicious, but very condense and didn't spread over the whole salad. I asked for additional salad dressing and was charged for it. My beef and cheese empanada was amazing as always. I was just disappointed in the salad.

I placed an online order to be picked up. I selected the menu items, time and date for pickup. I received an email confirmation of my order and time and date of pickup. When I arrived, they had a piece of paper taped to the door that they were closed! When I called the next day she didn’t even apologize. She said…yes we were closed. Horrible customer service.

Food and service are always top notch! Orders are prepared just as I ask for....always fresh and hot. Plus I love the pick-up window. I find the owners very friendly. The inside is always clean. It's perfect as far as I'm concerned. I have no complaints.

First visit to this specific location. Ordered what I always get, chef salad, even tipped up front. My to go order was very poorly and sloppily made. I should have known since it was ready 10 seconds after I ordered it. Didn’t even give me bread. I will not return to this location. Town N Country and Drew Park locations are way better and provide better service and food. This is why you should never tip up front before you have been completely serviced. Today’s salad was horrible compared to what I am used to getting from Mr Empanada.

This was my first time trying the mini guava and cream cheese empanadas. I am now declaring this my new favorite empanada. Unbelievably great. Flavor fantastic and the perfect amount of cream cheese. So grateful that I was able to enjoy this gem that I’ve been missing my entire life.Mini guava & cream cheese are the best!

Each time I have visited this location, the service is great and super fast. The empanadas are delicious and always hot. The staff is so friendly and always quick to assist.

Parking: The parking lot is shared by several businesses so sometimes it can be a challenge to find close parking but if you're in a hurry they do offer a drive-thru

Usually love going here. But I don't know why lately when I go rather than them freshly making them, they haven't already heated up and sitting in a warmerand it was not even hot. It was basically room temperature.

Mr. Albert and Ms. Terry. Are amazing. Great customer service.Keep the store looking good and very clean. I go weekly the food is great and fresh. My favorite are the Devil crabs. The beef and cheese, crab meat empanadas and steak fries.
