Been working in this building for over 9 years. Food has never been particularly great but it used to be an affordable little cafe where you could grab a quick bite that’s relatively healthy. Plus the staff is friendly. This Natures table is now under new management and they’re price gouging. I went down to buy a Celsius and it was $5. My coworkers have also been complaining about spending $20 on a sandwich and a drink. The staff is also visibly stressed and frustrated with the new management. Their longest lasting employee is no longer with them. I’m not privy to why she left but she was an awesome employee with phenomenal customer service.
So to sum my review up the prices are obnoxious now and the foods not good. And to the current staff I’m sorry about the new management.
Eat somewhere good don’t waste your time. Other better options on the island: Bahama breeze, whiskey joes, big bamboo bayside, the rocky point cafe, the rocky point deli, or the Julian restaurant are all much better options.

Not worth it anymore. I was a usual at this place for over a year and within the past few weeks it has come under new ownership. Key employees have quit, prices were hiked up across the board, petty charges for some ingredients, and changes to workflows that don't take into account the customer experience. Examples include using the brand new pizza oven to heat sandwiches up for efficiency which makes the ingredients molten instead of the panini press. Charging 50 cents to $1.50 extra for base ingredients like jalapenos, tomato, lettuce, etc. Increasing prices across the board without adding to or increasing the quality of the menu item. I hope they can fix a lot of their growing pains under the new ownership. Moral of the story is a quesadilla with chicken, cheese, and jalapenos with a cup of pasta salad should not be $18.

The Restaurant is open again post hurricane 2024. Good food, plenty of tables. Parking was easy. They have a parking garage or you can park on the gravel on the northside of the parking garage. There are no signs to direct you on how to get to the restaurant if you park on the gravel and decide to walk. I had to ask for directions.

Shout out to the staff at this Nature’s Table. I arrived at a busy lunch time and this staff was on top of all the orders with friendliness and smiles. Even when my order was possibly overlooked, they noticed me waiting and were prompt to deliver. The salad and smoothie were healthy & delicious too. I’ll be back when I’m in the area!

Awesome little place my son walks to from his office a few times a month. Great location for several nearby businesses to take advantage of the healthy selection they offer. This was my 2nd time meeting him for lunch. I've had their yummy cuban, and Texas wrap on tomato basil.
