As soon as I walked I was greeted with a warm welcome. Our cashier Jayleen was very nice and got our boba very fast. We will definitely come back again

My new go to boba place! A local gem. The drinks and food are so delicious. Also a nice touch that they have games here to play.

Love this place ! Only Boba place in town I enjoy and they closed :(

I just ate from here for the first time. Wanted to check out local places with Acai bowls since my usual place closed down. The Acai here is really good but they need to fix their website. Their order form is awfully misleading. The website tells you an Acai bowl comes with frozen Acai, strawberry, blueberry, banana, with granola and coconut flakes. And it makes you think the difference between the full size and a half size besides the price is the fact you get 4 toppings with a full size and 2 toppings with a half size. I’m ok with just strawberry, blueberry, banana, and the flakes so I just ordered a half size with the pineapple and mango in it. When I picked it up I got this tiny bowl with Acai, the flakes and pineapple and mango. None of the other fruits. I spent almost $10 on something that should’ve cost $5 for it’s size and the false advertising. They need to fix that. If I had known this I would’ve just gone with the full. Very disappointed.

Loved this place when you could order it from Kelp next door but since that has stopped we still try and go there to order desserts but each time the service is terrible and the shaved ice bowls are a let down.

This last time we just went on December 21 at 8:30pm, the servers did not greet us. Instead they gave us nasty looks as if we went in last minute. I noticed that their displays were put away and that they were mopping and so I asked if they were closed. My question went unanswered but I saw the sign showed they didn’t close for another hour and a half so instead I tried to order. The server waited for us to order without asking and so we order the mango madness (our favorite order). The order takes a while and after about 5 minutes I notice that the only two servers were just standing and no one was working on the dessert. When I looked at the servers they returned a dirty look.

When the food was finally handed to us we left without receiving any form of salutations. When I got home, I looked in the bag and see that they used visibly old mango that looked absolutely nauseating.

I loved it the place was clean and awesome they made popsicles out of the not used ingredients which was so neat

NICE is my new favorite place for boba! I have tried all the boba places in town and NICE is clean, great service and selection...plus Gelson knows the industry well. He is friendy, knowledgeable and above all passionate about the business. It's definitely rare to find someone in the service industry dedicated to quality service.

Nice employees, fun store, disappointing desserts. This was not the fluffy amazing Korean shaved ice we love, it was half melted, sticky, and sad along with unripe fruit and a full can of beans. I got equal parts shaved ice and beans.

Great boba tea! This place is a hidden gem but so good! Super clean inside and the staff is friendly and helpful. My husband got a strawberry slush and it was so fresh and flavorful. We’ll be back!
