My friend Jared and I were running around the area today and decided to stop in Noble Brew for some coffee. The coffee is excellent, the owner seems like an awesome dude and there are definitely good vibes there. We'll be back again when we're back in the area.

Noble Brew is a solid neighborhood coffee spot with a very cool and relaxed ambiance. It is a very nice place that feels local, welcoming, and unpretentious. The space is clean and comfortable with an inside bar or tables to sit at, an outside area, and a back porch with outdoor seating. It is a cute little spot with comfortable seats and art on the walls. The music is perfect, loud enough to hear but not too loud for conversation.
The coffee is consistently good and well balanced. Drinks like the cold brew and gingerbread iced chai are amazing and made with care. They also offer a small but thoughtful food selection. The croissant, especially the Biscoff cookie butter croissant, is excellent. Service is generally friendly, efficient, and kind, though there can occasionally be a wait.
It is open late for a coffee place, which is great, and has events some nights. The vibe is calm and works for both casual meetups and solo work sessions. There is ample parking, but one should be careful in the parking lot, especially when reverse parking an SUV. Noble Brew succeeds by being a reliable, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable local coffee shop.
