My hubby and I have been living in the Carrollwood Villages for a month now and we have had 3 phenomenal experiences at Noble Crust. Bridget took our ToGo order, and she knocked it out the park. We sat at the bar with Brett and Gabby. Then today, for brunch, we had the pleasure of being served by Darian. Josh the manager was nice enough to hear us gush about our experience. All 3 experiences were top notch and we are excited about our next visit. Thank you for having amazing service.

I met up with girlfriend and I had the fried green tomatoes with pimento and pork belly, it was very good. I also had the biscuit with sausage gravy and fried chicken, it was just okay. It was a lot of food and could not finish.

Excellent food and staff. Braised beef ribs best ever. Went back to Noble Crust in March. Much to my surprise the menu changed dramatically, and in my opinion not for the better. Menu eliminated the beef ribs, only have 2 pasta selections and pizza. They added 4 different fried chicken selections, biscuits and gravy. They lost the Italian flair when they removed many pasta choices. Basically pizza is remains untouched. I will not be going back to Noble Crust. If you enjoy fried chicken and biscuits give it a try. Just not for me!

Noble Crust is an awesome spot where the food seriously impresses and the drinks are just as amazing. The vibe is cool and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The menu? Think of your favorite dishes but turned up a notch with some really creative twists. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it's pretty clear the chefs here know what they're doing.The only heads-up is that this place is super popular, so it gets really busy.

Went for brunch with a friend and it was amazing. Sangria was a little bubbly for us. I have been to the Noble Crust in St Pete and you can actually taste the Brandy in theirs, not here at Carrollwood. Food was good. Service was amazing. Green fried tomatoes were amazing except the pork belly, it was saggy. Mimosas were good!Our server was the best ever wasn't a bother and always on point. The environment was great, we sure did have a blast.

Best fried chicken I have ever had. Josie the bartender is very helpful, knowledgeable and amazingly friendly!Dietary restrictions: Josie made sure the chef knew we couldn't have seeds or nuts.
My daughter and I stopped in to share a meal on our way to the Lightning game and had a great experience. Our server was very engaging and responsive… that alone can make or break a dining experience. He recommended an adult beverage to my daughter after some lite back and forth on her tastes, and he was spot on. We shared the crispy brussel sprout appetizer, then she had the salmon and I had the crispy pork milanese… all prepared to perfection. We were made to feel so comfortable that we almost could have skipped the game and just watched on TV at the bar. We’ll be back for sure!
