Noble Rice is top tier. Our waiter, Byron, was EXCELLENT. The King Salmon roll was truly the best sushi I’ve ever had. This is the only restaraunt I enjoy eating sashimi at. Cannot wait to come back

Noble Rice is sushi with swagger—try the omakase if you can.

An interesting and memorable experience. Expensive. Very expensive. But every dish stays with you. Usually, tasting menus at Michelin-starred restaurants cost more; here, you get to experience it a bit cheaper. Service is top-notch. Good selection of Japanese whisky. My advice: enjoy the experience, not just getting full.

Went here for the first time and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere—many friends and colleagues have recommended this restaurant. Service was great. Probably one of my new favorite restaurants. Would highly recommend the lychee martini (both spicy and regular are 👨‍🍳’s 💋). My favorite foods were the wagyu handheld (I ordered two for myself 😋) and bao buns. King salmon was also a great dish. Will return soon!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by ronnie during my visit, and I cannot say enough good things about her! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She not only provided excellent service but also kept us laughing with her great sense of humor, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

On top of that, she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that we absolutely loved, the duck toast was by far our favorite and just packed with different flavors. Her genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness made a big difference in our visit, and it’s clear she takes real pride in her work.

Most of the food was really good, but unfortunately the service fell way below expectations. We ordered a ramen that the server said wasn’t too spicy, but it turned out to be so overwhelmingly hot that my friend, who actually enjoys spicy food, couldn’t even finish half. When we mentioned we couldn’t eat it and were having a bad time, the server simply laughed. No apology, no replacement, not even the slightest gesture like removing it from the bill. For a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide (and with those prices) we expected at least basic courtesy. Disappointing and honestly surprising, as even more casual spots show more care in situations like this.

We came here for happy hour. Happy hour every Tuesday to Saturday from 5-7pm. I would really suggest getting reservations.

Drinks: Out in Osaka. It's their take on espresso martini. Oh wow, SO STRONG. It took me a while to finish the drink. Kawaii-Rita, very good but on the sweeter side.

For food, we tried Karage, Tempura Poke Hand Roll and Sake ribs. Phenomenal!

Overall, amazing! Will be back for more.

We live in Orlando and took a spontaneous day trip to Tampa.
Noble Rice was one of the few Michelin Guide restaurants that matched what we were craving: modern vibe, lively atmosphere, and high-quality Japanese food that felt special.

We made a reservation and chose to sit at the bar—and we’re so glad we did.
Our bartender, Aiden, gave us the full tour of the menu, making the whole experience even better. Every suggestion he made hit.

We’ve truly never tasted sushi like this.
Every cut was precise, every bite savored.
It was the kind of meal that ruins you (in the best way) for other sushi.

We’ll be talking about this place for a while…
and we definitely can’t wait to come back.

I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years since Noble Rice opened and this was our very first visit! It absolutely blew us away. The service was impeccable. Hostess Angel greeted us warmly, and our server Allison A. was simply outstanding ~ easily one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere in Tampa. We started with drinks, and every single one was perfect. The Lychee Martini was smooth and floral, the Espresso Martini had just the right kick, and the Haku ~ their version of a Moscow Mule ~ was phenomenal. My husband is a self-proclaimed Moscow Mule connoisseur, and he gave it high praise. The food? Next-level. The Tuna Carpaccio was the star of the show ~ literally melted in our mouths. We also loved the Classic Poké, Tempura Poké Rolls, and the Tekka Roll ~ all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented with different types of soy causes for each. The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark for us was the Hanabi Maki ~ still very fresh, just not our personal favorite. I’m sure many others enjoy it! What really stood out was the service ~ something that has unfortunately been on the decline across Tampa in recent years. But at Noble Rice, everyone went above and beyond. Allison didn’t just take our order, she asked thoughtful questions about our taste preferences, made drink and dessert recommendations (the Panna Cotta dessert was heavenly), and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our only wish? Larger portions ~ because everything was so good, we didn’t want it to end. An amazing 18th anniversary dinner!! We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Noble Rice, for making it so special.

Noble Rice… let’s start with quite literally the only two negatives. It’s a small space. The tables in the center have uncomfortable chairs. With that out of the way. Let’s certainly move on.

The overall atmosphere is fantastic. Right amount of noise, space is designed well. Luxurious but not pretentious. Gorgeous. Right amount of lighting.

Next the service. The service is ABOVE AND BEYOND. From the hostess to the server to the bartending staff. I was able to observe everyone from our seat and the staff were not only attentive, but enthusiastic and coming from someone who’s done many customer service jobs; they seem to really enjoy theirs. A cut above many that’s for sure.

Last but definitely not least; the food. Had the salmon and tempura maki rolls… oh my lord. If my budget was unlimited, I’d order these daily… and this is coming from someone who is of Asian descent and doesn’t fancy seafood or Asian food if I’m being transparent. Delicious. And the shrimp toast? Get it. Get two, don’t share. It’s amazing!!! Let’s not forget about the delicious Sakura martini as well which definitely sneaks up on you. Worth every dollar.

The king salmon roll, the pork bao buns and the creamy rice with wagyu were unbelievable. This restaurant should have a Michelin star just like their sister restaurant, Koya. It’s hands down one of the best spots in Tampa. Can’t wait to go back and try more. Kora, our server was amazing as well!

6/6/25-Ronnie was our server and she made AMAZING recommendations. She brought out the dishes in a thoughtful order and ended with the perfect dish. She was attentive and personable. The experience was overall very well done however I personally believe that Ronnie our server completed the experience. Delish! Ask to be sat with Ronnie; you won’t regret it.
