We had a great experience at Noble Rice. Our waitress was extremely helpful, given this was our first visit. All of her recommendations were on point. The Toro Nigri is to die for. All of the fish was incredibly fresh and exquisitely prepared. I also recommend the shishito peppers… just the right amount of kick. Will be back on my next visit to Tampa.

The customer service was wonderful! The dessert took a little while to come out, but the manager Blake came to our table after noticing our wait, and made sure we were having a good experience! I was very impressed with how observant he was of our wait time. I was having a rough day and Blake made my day with how kind he was to me and everone at the table. The food was just as good as the service!

My #1 favorite Tampa restaurant if I had to rate it!! I have had most of the menu & I love everything from the fresh fish, ramen, atmosphere and service. Genesis & Cora are always a delight, my favorite bartenders there. The French 75 with Roku gin is amazing!!! I’ve had all the rolls, and my favorite are hanabi, (pictured) king salmon (pictured) ,& tuna poke! All the nigiri (especially wagyu, hotate, & tuna) are delish. The tuna carpaccio is another fav, but let’s focus on the ramen. WOW! The best in Tampa for sure!!! It is so hard to choose, I want to eat here everyday!!!

We arrived around 5:15 without rsvp and were seated immediately at the bar. Some places make you feel like bar seating was an after thought, but not here. Warm hospitality the entire meal while serving up banger after banger.
Get the karaage chicken and splurge a little for the waffle dessert.
