My wife fell in love with the shop as soon as we walked in. Beautifully decorated with a warm atmosphere, the shop was a pleasure just to be in. And the service was excellent.
We had 3 different cakes, all of which were truly decadent and delicious. White Chocolate Raspberry for the win!!

You haven't really had CAKE until you have Nothing Bundt Cake. They are a big hit at the office!! Me time always includes a Classic Vanilla Mini. The service here is always welcoming and sweet! Today they had POPCORN!! Chawplease this POPCORN is Bundtifed! Confetti Bundt, sweet cream frosting...POPPED and It literally melts in your mouth. YOU CAN EAT CAKE!!!

Horrible customer service!! Delicious cake, but hearing the manager SCREAMING at me as I stormed out "happy Birthday maam" it literally stopped two customers outside on the sidewalk. I still don't know who sent me the cake. Uber left it outside in the sun, two hours after promised delivery time. The whole experience was awful! Happy Birthday indeed...

They don’t answer phones, bad for business. Plus, I’m sorry the young lady in the front desk was having a bad day but it doesn’t mean she can be RUDE to customers just for asking questions

Terrible customer service. Tried to place an order over the phone and the person who answered the phone said she was too busy. You are a small business and need to show some flexibility with your client base. Went elsewhere and placed my $200+ order.

The cake was 10/10, however, the service was 0. The Spanish girl who assisted me was short, a bit dismissive, and inattentive. She knew customer service, I witnessed her give it to other customers, just not me. I was on the phone with my aunt when I walked in, trying to figure out what cake to get. I apologized to the young lady as soon as I got off the phone and crickets. I asked for clarification on one of the cakes, because I didn't see it marked in the display windows, and she rudely replied it's all at the bottom. When she handed me the cake, I said thank you and she stayed quiet, even though I'm sure she heard me. Had to drop a review because this really bothered me. Cake, great, customer service 0/10 DO BETTER!!!!!! Won't be going back to that location ans will advise all my family and friends to do the same. I will be calling corporate. My money spends just like the next one. P.S. I'm sure the person who wrote the review for Bella is a family member. Service still trash, 0/10.

I ordered an 8” cake and balloons online to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I’m in NJ, so I had never been to this bakery. The order delivered was absolutely beautiful & in perfect condition! I called the day before delivery just to confirm and the young woman who assisted me was lovely. I highly recommend this store. I will most certainly use them again!

The cakes are always good. If you are picking up for the holidays and don't want their decorations on your cake, remind them to fill the middle. Got one to celebrate my brother's anniversary, which is also during the Christmas season. Middle carved out. Will have to figure out what I'm going to do with this!
