Nutrition Solutions is literally what you need to get moving in the right direction. Everything about them exceeds my expectations.... From shipping early Christmas week to ensure we got our packages on time.... To the food always tasting amazing! The macros are fantastic for losing weight and feeling full and having energy. I cannot say enough about this this company! Not to mention Chris sending you messages to keep you motivated. They have a fantastic customer service team and are willing to take care of you whatever it takes.
Sure, they might be more expensive than the other meal companies out there but I guarantee you they are worth every penny more.

I just started Nutrition solutions a few months ago, and I originally gave them a positive rating. However, over the last 4 to 6 weeks I have reason to change my review. I do like the elk, venison, and meat dishes, but the turkey and chicken dishes are bland and dry, and from my standpoint almost inedible. Unfortunately, many of the menus have a majority of chicken dishes. Overall I would say that the taste and food quality are average. there are some good dishes and some that are not good at all. One of the main reasons that I no longer use the service, is that they've missed two of my deliveries, and overall this is an expensive meal service. My particular plan is the most basic plan, and yet it's $187 per week. If you want to add on additional protein waffles or cookies or overnight oats there are additional charges. To pay upwards of $200 per week, for overall average food quality, and then not have the order sent and missed multiple times, is not acceptable to me. The first time an order was not shipped, you can say it was a mistake and something happened. But this just recently happened for a second time. I have ordered food/items from several services over the years and I've never had a company miss a shipment. This concerns me about their quality control and whether other things are being missed as well. I can't recommend the service because of the high cost, average taste, and what I feel is lackluster attention to detail.
