I'm currently in a training academy with a 3 letter agency and the thought of having to cook my meals on top of my extremely busy schedule gives me a headache. My meals come in on schedule every week and hasn't missed a beat. There was a moment of uncertainty but when I reached out, Joe was very quick on responding and assured me that everything is going to be delivered on time. Seriously this is the best meal service in existence currently. The food is excellent and quite tasty for being so health forward. Even the meals I think I probably won’t like continue to surprise me with how flavorful they are.
My plan comes out to about $12.xx per meal and for the amount of time and effort I save with NS meals it’s truly a no brainer. Give this a try if you are on the fence. I promise it’ll be worth it.

You can tell the meals are made with fresh quality ingredients. The purpose is whole food and minimal ingredients and they’ve accomplished that. From a price perspective, it isn’t much more expensive than stopping at subway for a protein bowl that would have similar macros. The convenience and variety is well worth it.

Hands down the best prepared meal company I’ve tried. Love that they use organic products and no seed oil. I’ve lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. Honestly I don’t know how they make the food so great tasting, it makes it super easy to stick to the meal plan. Would (and have) recommended it to anyone looking to make a serious commitment to their health.

Pros: -Really clean ingredients -Tasty protein desserts -Most meals taste good -Customer service is nice
Cons: -Many meals are way too low in fat and don’t taste good -The website is awful -You can’t customize the quantities of your meals much, and skipping/cancelling orders is very confusing- you can only do it during specific time windows and days of the week -MOST IMPORTANTLY: They are SO sloppy. They’ve messed up my orders literally 10-20 times. I order some extras, they forget to send it to me. I message them about it and they say they’ll send it to me, and then forget again. Sometimes my entire order doesn’t show up. Sometimes my entire account gets deleted and I have to re-sign up. I literally have to text them multiple times a week to ensure they don’t mess up, and sometimes that isn’t even enough.

I signed up for this and have been very disappointed since. I was charged twice and have only received one order. I called the company, left a voicemai, and never heard back. I called a second time a week later and was able to talk to someone. I asked for a refund for the order I didn't receive and she said she didn't know if she could do that as it's against their policy but she would check in with billing and ask, then get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I tried calling again today during their operational hours and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone yet again. If I don't hear back soon, I'm going to be contacting the BBB and the Attorney General. At this point, I feel taken advantage of and digusted.

I have been consistent with nutrition solutions for the past two weeks, and I have loved every meal in the clean cheatz! Everything is very flavorful. So far all the meat has been very tender and cooked The way I like it. I’m using this mail service to help me stay on track. And so far, it has been a very successful tracking process. I like that each meal has the nutritional facts so you can just cut off the sticker and keep track of your meals. The macros are calculated perfectly to keep you on your protein goals. I also like that they have two different meal plans to choose from whether you’re building muscle or working on a cut. I will be continuing to use their services for the future To hit my goals. I like that they come vacuum sealed I feel like the food stays more fresh for longer.
