The food was really high-quality, the veggies, even though they were pre cooked We’re still very fresh, and the meat was really high-quality. I ended up switching to a different meal delivery service for a longer-term use, but Nutrition Solutions was really great option to have as well! I will have to add that their protein desserts were amazing ! The macros were slightly higher than what fit into my current plan, but if I had a little more wiggle room, I would so indulge in them more often. They were different than many of the other “protein desserts”. Tasted so indulgent yum!!

The food is delicious and varied so your not eating the same chicken and rice every meal.
