The owners and staff are always very kind and welcoming! I love coming here for their teas, but they also have great food options, like crepes and waffles! I highly recommend stopping in and checking out their menu, you're sure to find something to love!

Greeted enthusiastically and he was super sweet and helpful! Will be stopping by next time we’re in town! Ordered the Banana Recovery Protein Shake and Adios MF Tea (delicious all mixed together. Reminds me of a childhood sour candy I loveddd).

The owner went out of his way to deliver me an açaí bowl while being at work. The bowl was HEAVENLY 🌸 and the owner who's from mexico is so kind and had AMAZING customer service, being that i’m from Honduras, I will always support small business like this.

With these folks I’m on the bullet train to a stronger body and healthier mind. I know I sound like a ad, but honestly, once I decided to take back my body and health it was just about finding the right people to help me on my journey to getting in the best shape of my life. I even lost weight during the holidays - no gimmicks or fad diets or appetite suppressants - that road is not sustainable - but whole foods and exercise that’s the key. Amazing. I have lost weight and I've gained muscles, and getting stronger day after day.

Tried the protein smoothie and gluten free crepes. The crepes were the star of the show: tender, not grainy at all, perfect ratio of filling. My husband couldn’t believe they were gluten free—high praise! After a few days of vacation food, the high protein-low sugar options were perfect.

High protein, low carb choco chip frap smoothie sweetened with monkfruit hit the spot. A feeling of indulgence without the guilt. The immunity tea with elderberry was refreshing and naturally sweetened. The turkey sandwich was delicious. It was packed and flavorful. Again, high protein and low carb.
Definitely recommend!
