Great bartenders & good customer service.

My friends and I were here and while the place is nice we really were not impressed with the service. Our bartender, Andrew, was the worst. The place was pretty empty as it was still early and we had to look for him to order. He was condescending and insulting at times

The first time I went was on a Friday night about 3 weeks ago, mixed crowd. Had a great time, food was good but be careful when ordering a bottle or drinking the liquor. I only drink dark liquor and red wine only so I know how everything is supposed to taste. Ordered a bottle of Hennessy and the bartender poured us a shot. When I took the shot it didn't taste right. The bartender then made us a glass mixed with cranberry I took one sip and I couldn't drink anymore. It tasted horrible and I knew that wasn't Hennessy. Enjoyed the rest of the night and around 1am I threw up. The whole night people were rushing to the bathroom throwing up. I left before the party was over and threw up again in the car. My friend was shocked because I never throw up when out drinking. The following morning I threw up again with nothing in my stomach because I couldn't eat anything. My memory was a little blurry. It was strange overall but told myself I wouldn't drink their liquor if I ever went back. My friend also felt sick. Fast forward to last night we go back and as planned I only drank red wine and stayed away from the liquor. My friend drank Corona the entire night. I ordered Merlot and was fine. Ordered another glass and it tasted different, it wasn't Merlot. When I said something to the bartender he asked the girl who served me. He came back and poured me a new glass, I said hold up, so what was I drinking?! He blamed it on maybe it was a bad batch. How was it a bad batch if you poured from the same bottle. Mind you I'm standing at the bar so I see everything that is happening. The new glass tastes just like the first. My friend ended up taking a shot with a group of people she knew, she ended up sick and throwing up the next morning. She only had 2 Coronas last night and the 1 shot. Last night again people were throwing up in the bathroom. A guy she knew had a bottle of Patron and offered us some, we declined. When she spoke with the same guy today he said he was so sick and that's not like him. He said he threw up as well. He said he only had half the bottle but couldn't drink anymore so that's why he was giving it away. We had did the same with our bottle 3 weeks prior when I knew my Hennessy tasted funny. My friend then told him what happened to us 3 weeks ago and he was shocked. I luckily felt fine this time because I had just wine. It's crazy how more than one person has similar experiences and how people are always running to the bathroom throwing up. It's a club so there could be other factors just be careful when drinking the liquor here. Food though is good.

Last night the valet parking attendant told me that I could not park in the handicap parking spot because he needed to make money off the spot. I’m a disabled veteran and have parked there several times. Very disappointed and disgusted by this. My last time ever going to this place!

This was definitely an experience to remember. We left ybor looking for a better environment and that's exactly what we found. After running into hoards of ppl we found the perfect mix or lounge and excitement here. Parking wasn't bad either!

Haven’t had any food here but the mixed drinks were good and the bar is a very nice set up. The private lounge was awesome for the birthday party we were at. Friendly bartenders at each bar. Would recommend trying it out.

Great evening of dancing at Nykl! Music was great, atmosphere is always awesome and the staff is very friendly. Two hours straight of dancing to salsa, bachata and all the other music they play leads to some tired legs but a happy soul

This is definitely one of the hottest places to go in Tampa. The nightlife here is so fun and it is definitely one of Tampa's best clubs to party at night. Drinks are regular price and the bartenders and staff here are awesome. If you're visiting Tampa I definitely recommend this place for any Thursday through Saturday as I've had fun on all those nights.

I think it's a nice place to have some drinks and hangout at. Bartender are the nicest and drinks are good. I would like it more if the music was a little better and resume serving hookah as they used to do.
