This place is not what it was 5+ years ago. They didn't have much at all, but I came for grouper. He did a horrible job cleaning it, and I was preparing to cook it the next day it was rotten. Go somewhere else.

Crabs are great! I've bought cooked and live crabs. Never had an issue. Only 4 star because their fried food isn't that great.

I will never return it seems like every time I go the crabs get smaller and smaller. Asked for large dozen and I got small and medium. They have the crabs in the back so you can’t actually see what you’re getting so honestly I feel like they give you whatever they want because there is no way the medium is the same size as the large that’s crazy so yeah won’t be returning.

They act like they do not understand and get upset when you change your mind about the product. First of all I took my family here when they came to town. We purchased catfish and snapper. 2 of the catfish were turning green looking and we informed them about it. They threw it away but wonder if we didn’t say anything would they have tried to sell it to us thinking we do not know any better. While the snapper was whole and looked fresh, when we got home it was spoiled. This is the most horrible place to purchase fish! Their fish is old and not fresh!

The first time I got crabs, I got X
large and Jumbo. They were exactly what I paid for. This time, I wanted X large 2 dozen. But what I got were more mediums and 1 large. None of them were X Larges. Which is what I paid $58 per dozen for. Tried to calling to let them know but I couldn't get through. Close to them closing for the Dat.

Honestly, I came here to buy live blue crab because the oriental market ran out. Also I am Asian and wanted to support my fellow asian people. I wasn’t understanding when they said they charge by the dillon? I’m trying to ask questions to get a confirmation if it’s charged by the weight or whatever. They were extremely rude and their customer service is horrible. I was fine paying for their over priced blue crab however, I wasn’t supporting a business that is extremely unfriendly and rude. So therefore I walked out. Maybe get friendlier people and you guys will have more business.

I've been coming to this place FOREVER and I'm not sure if they have new owners or not but the customer service had tremendously gone down. A few weeks ago the man rushed me to leave a tip? just to get home and my fish wasn't scaled. Of course I call the next day to see if the service was still offered. A male told me to bring it back because he knew they would have never not scaled a purchase .A few days ago I walk in the store at 1820..a young kid was putting ice on one side of the cooler. I stood there for 3mins without him even acknowledging I was standing there. I ask "are you going to take my other"... he sighed and said "no, we're closed". I'm like the door was unlocked and website says closes at 1900.. he rudely said again "WELL WE'RE CLOSED".JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE.Time should be updated online and staff need to be trained, family or not. It's not a good look.
