Great and quick service, including very quick kitchen wait. Slight confusion in communication on grilled vs breaded chicken on the pasta and they just comped the other one for us. Class act staff and very friendly. We will be returning, yet again, for more breadsticks and pasta!

I just have to share how fantastic our experience was thanks to Erica, our server. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, and she made us feel like we were her top priority even though she was clearly busy.

Erica didn’t just take our order—she anticipated what we needed before we even asked. Drinks were always refilled on time, she checked in just enough without hovering, and she offered great suggestions that ended up being spot-on. Her upbeat attitude and positive energy made our meal even more enjoyable.

It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, but Erica truly goes above and beyond. Olive Garden is lucky to have her, and we’ll absolutely be asking for her the next time we come in. If you want phenomenal service, Erica is the one to see!

Our server Victoria was very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was great too. I enjoy dining at Olive Garden very much, it's been a favorite of mine for many years. However, the West Shore location has always been exceptional in service, restaurant cleanliness and quality of the food.

Absolutely had such a wonderful experience here , our waiter Benjamin was the absolute best and handled all of our requests and orders perfectly . I have not had such good service at this location , and I highly believe if it wasn’t for him the overall experience here would have been a lot different ! Worst olive garden experience ever. We went here for Veteran's Day and it was the worst. The server was not very friendly, she seemed to try to avoid her tables. We ordered a smoothie for the kiddo before anything else and he didn't get it until we were done eating. The breadsticks were not fresh. They were so hard at both ends. My wife's food arrived cold and my kiddos pizza was not cooked very well. And knowing my wife is a veteran the server never acknowledged it and I just felt like that was rude.

Day after church, my granddaughter and I came into Olive Garden. Our server was Benjamin . We had excellent service. We will definitely come again.
