Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I am completing this review to let not just customers know but to let Olive Garden and their entire franchise know that the employees at this location today were AMAZING!! My niece has autism and they were unaware and I know that she was a lot today, but they still served us with respect and care. As well as I left my pocketbook and did not notice, and the employee literally RAN to the light and found me in my car to return it back to me. I am so grateful because they did not have to return my stuff, but they did. Many blessings and if you’re reading this, go check them out!

The waitress was loving. But my pasta was overcooked, the noodles were dull and some seemed dry. It looked like a reheated plate. A shame. Because the place is nice and quiet.

The food was ok and could be better, food utensils weren't clean thoroughly, the bathroom was in a mess, order soup to carry just broth no chicken, 3 dumplings just broth. Air was musty, could be freshen better

This has to be a joke. My server was amazing at first, but when I used the machine to put in an alcohol order, she never brought it. So I pressed the call server button and it took 8 minutes for a random employee to bring me my drinks and asked if i still needed my server. My drinks were made within 3 minutes of placing my order, but my waitress did not notice. She was not busy with other guests either except for maybe 6-7 minutes during that entire wait. My drinks tasted like a melted watered down popsicle.

The bathrooms were truly filthy. Also, who keeps a plunger next to a toilet? Literally has to be months since that bathroom has had a good scrub down. There was also a poop streak down the toilet on the outside. Maintenance is not doing their due diligence. I will not be returning to this location.
