My daughter and I have a date day every 3 weeks and we always go out to Olive Garden in South Tampa on Westshore for lunch or dinner. Last weekend we were in Citrus Park so we decided to go to the Olive Garden over there. We were so disappointed. We couldn't believe it the server never refilled my salad bowl he never brought my daughter's soup he he served us only 3 breadsticks never bringing more so my daughter didn't have her soup her pasta was mediocre not as good and the portion was very small, the salad and breadsticks we're not endless thank you very much ended after one not even full bowl of saladand 3 breadsticks I know I'm repeating myself but I think I still can't believe it I apologize. Henever came back and did when he brought her soup at this point we are now ready to go the only soup bowl he brought her was such a small order it fit in a container that you put a small order of queso dip in I don't understand how they can call themselves all you can eat in the soup salad and breadsticks when we didn't even get one portion each. I ordered Taste of Italy and it was delicious and they actually gave me a nice portion of pasta lasagna although the chicken parm was very thin, overcooked and dried out. . I promise you you cannot go wrong going to Olive Garden on Westshore Boulevard in South Tampa I strongly recommend themas for Citrus Park Olive Garden we can be right next to it and we will leave and go to Soho my daughter didn't even get a full meal in not sure why I paid that bill instead of calling for mgmt. I had no problem paying for my Taste of Italy but not the salad that ended or the 3 breadsticks or the tiny cup of soup it literally had one tiny piece of chicken in it and 1 gnocchi in it. We would have stayed and ate but we couldn't get service to get food to eat I would really like to go back to see how long we were at the restaurant to eat one and a half piece of bread one plate of salad and a few bites of pasta I'm still baffled oh and the bathroom was so dirty that an employee came out of the stall and looked at me that I was standing there and she started complaining to me for the condition of the restroom telling me she's sorry she knows it's awful and like damn I work here and we don't even have an employee restroom. that was awkward
The food got one star for the lack thereof the atmosphere would have been nice possibly had the servers not been running around like it's chaotic when it wasn't. I don't even know what the hell the server was doing he only took an order from one other table the entire time we were there and he didn't serve the food which I know that is customary have someone else bring your table top but it's a service responsibility to make sure that your aren't thirsty with an empty Cup in front of you that your salad is endless that your breadsticks are endless that your daughter gets her soup.
I DO highly RECOMMEND the Olive Garden on Westshore Boulevard in South Tampa the food is prepared better i feel grade of supplies is of a better quality and served with a smile also it's endless soup salad and breadsticks. Very attentive and friendly without hovering. Perfection.

I would have given 5 stars if a lady with a full cleaning cart hadn't constantly pushed her cart through the dining area ! So inappropriate!!!

Full house for a Sunday afternoon Jose was courteous, polite, attentive, and kept us informed about our meals. On the other hand, there was a short, dark-haired lady who wasn't paying attention and squirted my patient and my friend her spray bottle. We tried to call her attention, but she wasn't listening and not being aware of her surroundings. The salad was drowning in vinegar. Everything else was delicious.

Parking: Need more handicap parking spaces. The bathroom needs upkeeping.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible needed by the front door not only by handicap parking.

I sat at the bar with Christian the bartender and everything went well. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the lunch special which in my case was lasagna, breadsticks and endless salad for 11.99 plus tax.
