I had high hopes for our visit to Olive Garden, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The only good part of the meal was the appetizers and soup—hot, fresh, and flavorful. After that, everything went downhill.
Service was incredibly slow. Our drinks sat empty for over 20 minutes, and despite servers passing by, no one bothered to check in. When we finally got our entrées, they were both burnt and cold—a baffling combination that made it clear they had been sitting out for way too long before being served.
For a restaurant that prides itself on Italian comfort food, this was unacceptable. Between the long wait times, lack of attention to customers, and the disappointing main courses, it’s hard to justify coming back anytime soon. If you’re craving Italian, you might be better off elsewhere.

Juliana was our server and she was very attentive and aware of what we needed. We didn’t have to ask. Very personable too 👌

Even here was very good with the exception of my mixed drink. Ordered a Titos and lemonade and only received a lemonade. Though it was in a small glass it was obviously void of any alcohol. I normally order three drinks per dinner and since the server forgot to get back to me regarding the drink, I didn't order another one. He did take it off of my bill.

My friend and I wanted to have catch up session over a nice Italian meal, so what other place to go than Olive Garden? Unfortunately even before we sat down at our table we started getting stares from other parties. My friend had her very well behaved 4 year old son with her, and I had my almost 2 year old son with me. Clearly no one wanted kids around .
As anyone with toddlers knows , they can be a bit active. Mine was no different and grabbed the sugar stash on the table to play with. Another guest felt the need to tell me what he was doing wrong . She got all worked up about it .
We asked to move to another table and our waiter was happy to help us do that to tbt other side of the restaurant. They even gave us a free appetizer ! Eli was so kind and got teary eyed when we told her about our horrible experience with the other guests. We clearly felt attacked by them on a racist level.
Just having a staff who was sympathetic toward us made the crappy experience a lot better. For this reason we’ll definitely be back. Angela, Eli and Felix were so caring and accommodating. Thank you Olive Garden.

Service was excellent. They were very busy but they seated us quickly. Our server Jacob was very attentive and we had a great time.
Parking: Parking lot is large considering the red lobster next door is shut down there are plenty of spaces.

Good good, as always. Awesome wait staff, Todd was great. 12/24- I was, there for a birthday party. Jason and Mac did a great job keeping over 20 people happy. Kudos to them! 2-6. Fast service on a Friday night. Food was great.
