Only reason we came here was because we heard about it from the Pub Pass we purchased. It was very unfortunate that we came here to use it. After we selected our beer and before we sat down the bar tender was complaining that we were using the pub pass. She has been commenting now for at least the last 5 minutes about how Ology is probably not likely going to participate next year with pub pass because unlike the other coupon books like or doesn’t make it out a buy one/get one free so they constantly put money. While the concept I understand she should have the common decency to refrain from making the off putting statements. It’s a business decision to bring more people in and now, before I sat down and tasted the beers, know I won’t be ordering another due to her comments. Beer is good though. Just relocated to Tampa, learned about Pubpass to learn breweries in Fl. We were excited to come here from seeing the reviews. 1st off DONT COME! It was dead, the one bartender here was not friendly, u have to look up at the wall for the drinks asked her what 1 drink was bc font was ridiculously small she answered w attitude. At this point I told my bf just order anything. We get our drinks to sit and we can legit hear her badmouthing the Pubpass deal. And I say we can hear everyones conversation this place sucks. Don't waste ur time. And yes bartender I agree please remove this place from pubpass book we wouldnt want to attract plp to horrible customer service breweries.

Understated, soft hip-hop and rap on the speakers, Taylor, the brew master, runs the taproom on Tuesday. Good conversations, solid hazy IPAs, and a bar that stretches the length of the taproom. 5 stars? My judgement might be impaired but that's only because I liked the beers. You can also pick up some distilled spirits and 4 packs from the fridge.

Incredible place, with spectacular beers. We were very well received at this brewery. Event in the city, brewery booming and even so, all the staff smiling and friendly.Out of 10 service!Beer out of 10!Easy access, private parking and several taps on site

When it comes down to it, service can make or break a visit to a bar, restaurant etc. My recent visit to Ology Brewing was one of those break times. I enjoy this place and support as many local establishments that I can but the service specifically from one bartender was just an experience that had to be shared. I was there with son and his girlfriend, first time for them there. It started with an attitude when they asked to sample something which is the norm and generally recommended by most bartenders at the breweries. We made our selection then came back to the bar and were met with the same cant be bothered attitude. We were then advised that there would be no more samples because it's too busy. I looked around and saw empty tables and no clamoring by angry customers who were denied service because of the request for a sample or two. I also got major attitude when i ordered a beer, and when she returned with it from 3 feet away where the taps were i ordered another selection and got the "is there anything else" with a huff as if i inconvenienced her by not putting in everything at once. We packed up early, closed out the tab with another energetic and respectful bartender, tipped 20 percent as i was hoping it would be shared and we went on our way. Ology, I'm hoping it was just one person having a bad day but you are fairly new to the Tampa market and this was not a good representation of who you want to be.

great beers service at Ology. snicky snack is a really well balanced sour not too sweet or tart, outstanding, wife had 3 or 4 she's not sure. collab with the other half was also a fantastic hazy. the coffee stout was a bit thin. love this place and a great addition to the comminity. rooftop syndicate FTW.

One of my favorite breweries in Tampa. Some of the "non traditional" beers they come up with are amazing. Their standards takes (hazy ipa, dipa, etc..) are very good. Bartender was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't love is the bourbon and rye. As a whiskey nerd, I had to try them when I saw them there. Neither one was something that could be enjoyed neat. They might be ok as a mixer and that might be the targeted use. I'd like to try them again after they have a few more years in the barrel.

Excellent venue for micro brewed beers and small batch distilled liquors. Many great beers! A fantastic go to cloudy IPA is Sensory Overload. I really like the occasional Gin and Tonic with the Ölogy distilled herbal gin.

We went a few weeks ago and the bartender went above and beyond to make our experience great. We enjoyed a few of the sour beers and the Juice Labs Peanut Butter and Jelly sour was one of the best I've ever had.

I just want to say that Ology has never disappointed me! I've been to all four of their breweries - The three in Tallahassee (starting with Midtown), and this one in Tampa. They've always had an awesome selection of beers to go off of, they keep their staple beers while rotating others, and give excellent service. I always look forward to coming here for some great beers and look forward to what they have in store for the future! Cheers!

Cute space with good cocktails and beers, creatively named selection that reflect the creative "ology" of flavors!
