I think of all the vendors we had, you guys were the most important and you were the best and easiest to work with. From the first day we met Sherri for a tasting in Tampa, I knew we were in VERY GOOD HANDS. The food was absolutely fantastic, and Sherri was a pleasure to work with EVERY STEOP OF THE WAY. She was always very kind, professional, and understanding throughout the whole process. She worked so well with us and our budget, and I swear every time I talked to her my stress level actually went down. The day of, everything was seamless. The food, linens, tables, chairs, decor, bars, and staff were ON POINT. I mean literally flawless. If I could give this vendor more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Sherri and the WHOLE OLYMPIA team! Olympia catering was first rate from our initial meeting and through out the menu planning process. Their set up and service quality at our outdoor venue was amazing. The passed hors d’oeuvres never stopped coming during the cocktail hour, and our dinner service was smooth and prompt. No matter which entree a guest had selected it received rave reviews. All the food was delicious. The staff was professional and friendly they made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. The supervisor went out of her way to take care of the bride and the groom, not only to make sure that they ate but to provide the bride with cold towels to cool her down on an above average day in Tampa. If I could’ve given Olympia six stars I would have.

We worked with Olympia Catering and Nancy on their team to provide appetizers and seated dinner for our wedding of 150 people. Everything about Olympia was amazing from start to finish. Nancy is SO kind and responsive, and really worked to fit our budget while also providing a meal our guests raved about. Whenever I emailed Nancy, I had a response within 48 hours and she was so flexible with adjusting our menu multiple times. The food was absolutely delicious, I am still in shock at how good it was when you consider they were feeding 150 people at one time. Their serving staff was also kind and attentive. We had some last minute issues in terms of Olympia receiving our payment in the mail and most caterers would offer zero flexibility with this, but Nancy and the team were so kind and found a way for us to get everything squared away quickly at the last hour while reassuring us they were still committed to helping us on our big day. I really cannot say enough amazing things about Nancy and the Olympia team, they offer amazing food and are just great people to work with. Hire them for your wedding/event. You will not regret it!

We booked with Olympia for our wedding reception. After trying tastings with multiple caterers that our venue exclusively worked with , Olympia was our last stop. Well boy did we save the best for last. We are picky eaters and from our tasting with them , we immediately knew they stood apart and that we had to have them on our big day.
Nancy (our office point of contact ) and Marlene (our event “lead”) were both so helpful gracious. Our timeline was short , however they worked with us and made our night so special. From the bottom of our hearts we cant express enough how awesome they were to work with.
My now husband and I cannot wait to plan our next event and have Olympia be apart of it! Thanks again so much.

She made sure every detail was talked through and answered a mountain of questions that we had. Nancy instead was very kind, did the best she could to work with our budget, while still giving us a quote and included the prices for everything with final bill.I received cheaper quotes from other caterers but turned them down due to Nancy’s professionalism and kindness.We are looking forward to the wedding day and all the compliments I know we will receive on the food.
