*Will update after wedding*However, I have to comment on the service I have received thus far in the beginning processes of planning with Nancy Cotto.I email many caterers my budget and what we were looking for and got laughed at by most (or ignored ). Nancy instead was very kind, did the best she could to work with our budget, while still giving us a quote and included the prices for everything with final bill.I received cheaper quotes from other caterers but turned them down due to Nancy’s professionalism and kindness.We are looking forward to the wedding day and all the compliments I know we will receive on the food.

Olympia was the inclusive caterer through our wedding venue, but honestly we would’ve gone with them even if that wasn’t the case! We opted to add some extra options and were thoroughly impressed with them! SUPER yummy, the beef tenderloin was particularly amazing, and the cilantro pesto that came with it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted!!

Nancy Cotto is THE BEST OF THE BEST! We had an issue with our original caterer and had to find a new caterer a month and a half before the wedding. We used Olympia for our wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts St. Pete and they did a great job! There is a lot to select from on their menu, and they did a great job with presentation, service, and making sure the food was hot, which must have been hard with a crowd as big as ours. Olympia is great!
