I work downtown. This place used to be so amazing! I ordered a volcano roll today that was terrible. I couldn't believe it. The seaweed was a little chewy, and it turned me off. I literally threw my lunch out. Very disappointing.

I’m a sushi lover and have had plenty in my life. This place takes first place, by far…..best sushi I’ve ever had, nicest owner -dedicated to his work, business, and customers. Called to let them know they forgot my avocado on my poke bowl. “Do you wanna come back and get it!?” No sir, your time to get the order right passed. “Maybe double avocado next time I come in?” I work RIGHT next door at the PNC building so I’d be back to order again, no big deal. Dude laughed like I was ignorant for asking, was that necessary or customer care oriented? Not at all.

Small, casual, but comfy sushi spot with very friendly and fast service in downtown Tampa. We walked in at 3 p.m., and the owner took care of us himself. He recommended some menu items and prepared them very quickly for us. We had miso soup and 4 rolls. The man roll, Amanda roll, Brit Volcano, and the salmon lover. It was all very good and different from what we usually see in sushi restaurants.
