Visiting town, saw the incredible reviews and made it almost 30mins to closing. Walked in floors being mopped, furniture put away and looked damn near closed. Most of the options were unavailable due to them pre- closing a hour earlier than supposed to. The young lady made my drink very quickly and overall delicious.

The drinks are always great tasting and most importantly, consistent! Not to also mention they alway have fresh in house made boba (you get to see the machinery that makes it at the front too) and new concepts of flavors that you don’t usually find at other boba shops. The customer service there is great as well, the girls at the front are very welcoming and very patient with explaining the drinks and what they have. The environment is small but cute! They’re very welcoming of pets! Def worth the travel and try them out! 💛

One Zo offers the best boba flavor and texture at this particular location. A major plus for me is that they are dog-friendly, which I appreciate due to my profession; I love seeing local businesses that welcome dogs since they enjoy exploring the world too.
We recently moved to the area and were pleasantly surprised to discover a One Zo nearby so we decided to try them. Having lived in and visited various parts of Asia, we know what good boba should taste like. Since finding this place, we’ve visited about once a week (or more) and tried a different drink each time. So far they have all been delicious!
The shop is tucked away in a plaza behind a RaceTrac, giving it a hidden gem vibe that you wouldn’t notice just driving past on Causeway. We've visited other One Zo locations before. This particular one focuses solely on handcrafting excellent boba and doesn't offer much in terms of food items. I see this as an advantage compared to other shops that try to do too much. You can tell they are laser-focused on the quality of their boba and drinks.
They offer unique flavors that change weekly, many of which I wouldn’t have thought possible. Yet, this One Zo location has managed to create all these flavors and make them taste amazing. The drinks are always fresh and flavorful, with a strong tea taste—not watered down like at other shops. We can truly taste the quality, freshness, and effort they put into their drinks and boba. The menu features a good variety, and the staff is friendly, and willing to make boba pairing suggestions.
The shop itself is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. If you love boba and are open to trying new flavors, you should give them a try.

best chewy bobas in town, everything is fresh made but limited so you got to be on time while supplies last, drinks were tasty with a good amount of sweetness, they have an insane good filtering system for their water and ice to keep the health code up!!.

I have tried so many boba tea places and OneZo has the best tea and boba. I ordered a signature milk tea and the balance of milk and tea flavor is just perfect. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great store to visit in person and I’ve never had problems with them when I go pick up from their store. Their rating is 3 stars due to my online and uber experiences. Multiple cancellations either due to no stock or mistakes on their end thinking they have run out of boba, or delivering your order with no boba straw, which just ruins the overall experience.
George and the rest of the staff are very friendly. The boba tea and snacks are always so good thank you!

Absolutely fantastic boba!! I got the brown sugar milk tea with cheese foam and then the chrysanthemum wintermelon tea made into a milk tea with cheese foam and lychee jelly. It was all amazing and the cup lids are sssoooo cuuuuute, thank you so much!!
