Food burned, service not good, and manager did not seem to be too interested in my concerns. The manager was more interested in holding the door open for exiting patrona vs stepping aside to give me his attention. Visit date Sunday, 2/2, and we were told they were super busy, and yet tables were open and three fun birthday songs. We were a part of 4, so it was not a large party. Arrived 635pm, ordered food 651pm per the receipt, and food arrived just after 8 burned. No service follow-up, I had to get up 3 times and ask for refills of drinks, dressing for salad and after an hour, what is the status of food. The manager did ask us if we had this problem before, and the answer is no, but that is not the point. I wanted to provide constructive feedback and help the manager educate the server for the future- but I left more upset than when I started due to managers' lack of attention. I do not believe this is typical, however I need to let all know to be wary.

I eat at here all the time and while the food is good the service is NOT! I came to PICK UP MY ORDER and got accused of stealing food. The hostess greeted me with hostility. This old lady was very rude and even when I tried to be respectful and prove it was my order. I don’t care what her assumptions of me were. That’s not how you treat ANYONE! She literally snatched my bag out of my hands. I will not be going back. The food is not worth it.
