Mattie was an incredible server! She took incredible care of us the whole night. She did not miss anything at all on our orders!! Very fast paced service even though we got lots of burgers. Didn’t feel pressured to leave quickly and had a great time! Very grateful for this night.

We order from outback very regularly. Normally we love outbacks service. However tonight we ordered to go and it took us over 40 minutes to get our food. When we showed up at the restaurant, we should have had our meal with in five minutes; however it took us another 20 minutes for us to get our meal. We expect more from outback
Evidently, ten years later, things are even worse. Tonight, we have waited two hours for our meal. We called and were told it was Door Dashes fault. The person we spoke to was unapologetic and did not offer any type of assistance. It has been an hour since then, and we were just given notification it has been picked up. Then, the time changed again. I’m over it. We order from Outback a lot. But, this has happened way too often, and we will never order again.

We use to love this place , but lately its gone down hill . As we were eating a waitress walked by our table spraying lysol and it was horrible. Our food and drink we ruined.
