While I was there trying to enjoy my meal I got to witness the way the staff treated a delivery driver. Very poorly, as if he was a criminal. Don't the employees know that drivers allow for added income to restaurants? There wasn't many people eating there. I won't be back. I can't enjoy a meal under those circumstances.

A year ago, I had a horrible meal, delivered, and wrote an appropriate review. The manager called me and offered to send me a gift certificate so that I could give them another chance. I never got it. A month ago, I decided to give them another try, had a meal delivered, and the steak was inedible... I gave it to my dog. I wrote another review, got another call from the manager, promising a gift certificate to give them another try, as I told them that I was moving on to Longhorn. Still, no gift certificate. Outback used to be great. Now, their menu sucks, the food sucks and their customer service sucks. No wonder that their stock has tanked. Back to Longhorn!!!

It started from the time I got out of my car a friendly smile holding doors open for me. And going to we’re our party of 13 setup and ready for us. Dylan was on spot. Asking and suggesting drinks and food . Checking on our plates asking if they were perfect refilling our drinks when they were halfway asking for cocktail refills. Everyone with smiles on their faces, we could feel the kindness in the air. Today was a special day. It was my brothers Birthday He’s 65. He wasn’t supposed to be alive this year. This was a great celebration with a wonderful atmosphere and great people around us.Thank you Outback for. A great experience management were great Liz, and Bobbie , perfect everyone, bartender smiles, servers smiles, food runners smiles, the busers smiles and Hostess’s Smiles made us a wonderful evening thank you and food was excellent. No complaints on any of it. What a wonderful night . My Brother enjoyed and so did the rest of us . It was Perfect

I just went into Outback a couple of days ago for dinner and our food and service was some of the best I’ve had in a long time! Mattie was a great server and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy an evening out! She was also super nice, fun and colorful! My steak was sooo good too.
