I’m writing this while still in the restaurant. After waiting an hour which I understand is outside of their control and not the main complaint. Me and my family sat for 30 minutes without anyone greeting us to take drink orders or even introduce themselves as our servers. Watching others that came after us get greeted while we sat.
Worse experience I’ve ever had and bad enough for me to leave a review.

Went for Prime Rib. Great atmosphere. Excellent waitress. Quickly waited on. Only thing she never ask what's wrong with the Prime rib that neither piece was eaten. Had the pecan salad which was fresh and tasted great and two baked potatoes. But the two rare 12oz cuts of Prime rib that my wife and I ordered were awful. Had good flavor but was so tough it took a real effort to cut it into pieces to eat. Which I tried and was unable to chew enough to safely swallow. Also was full of tendons and fat. Neither of us could eat them. Brought it home and with a sharper knife was able to cut into pieces safe enough to feed my two dogs.
Shame to spend $54 for two pieces of meat that we were unable to chew enough to comfortably swallow. Us not going back is not going to close the place down but maybe it will help someone not to waste their money in the future.

Steaks were cooked properly and tasted great! Love their Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad. Loaded baked potatoes were good as well.

This is a regular stop for me. While food and service can be inconsistent it is general good. This is a test kitchen for outback so you occasionally get to try new food before it is available to the rest of the chain.

I had the Blooming onion and the bone in Ribeye, they both were awesome must have dishes. I will most definitely go back.
And the service was great too.

I ordered the new Kingsland Pasta, in which the steak was very tough. Very basic pasta, definitely not worth $30. The bread was fresh as well as the sweet potato. I enjoyed both. Would I order again, no.

Too salty seasoning on steak and french fryes, another problem is when you pay with Gift Card, last time the manager lady said the gift card is emty, so i checked both card online and they had $50 each, this is a issue with the restaurant payment system.

The food quality appears to have diminished throughout the years.
