Hey y’all I had a great time at Outback tn! The food came out delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Our waitress, Rachel was fantastic friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without ever feeling rushed. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times. Everyone at this location goes out of their way to make sure everything is right all the time and I absolutely love them! So the place was almost empty. That should have been a clue to how the night was going to go. No server for almost 10 min. The service was slow 10 more min for our drinks. Food finally came but without the 3 dipping sauce. Mushrooms were overcooked. And the night continues in the same sort of style. Over charges. No paper in the restroom. Sure, the manager took off some over charges like getting double charge for two sweet teas when we only ordered one.

He kept our drinks topped off, timed appetizers and entrées perfectly, and followed up to make sure everything was exactly right. The food was great, but David made the night. Five stars!
Spencer was an absolute sweetheart to my grandmotha and the food was deeelicious. outback was always a tradition with my fawtha before he found a new family, glad to have been able to experience the australian dinner once again!
