We had the kid steak and the adult cheeseburger. They didn’t get cooked to order. I didn’t know the manager was the manager till he walked by and seen the condition of our food and started problem solving. I was just not going to eat it, pay for it and go home hungry. He took it away, offered to remake it, send us home w free portions, and in the end took it off our bill. We did get the featured brownie and that is a powerful weapon for anyone who is hormonal. The server was perfect. And this manager- he’s moving up fast. I imagine his personal life is super successful as well.

Went for a late lunch. Was crowded with a large party. The food was good but not as good as I've had at other Outbacks. The bread was not hot and rice was just OK. Steak was good. The restaurant was clean and server did the best she could balancing us with a large party.

Ordered curbside pick up. Was ready on time. Everything was in the bag. Food was great.
I order delivery. 1) They did not give me everything on my baked potato like I order like they didn’t even put salt on it. The money bland thing I’ve ever tasted. 2) Then I get to steak. It almost as bland like do they know steak seasoning exist? I’ve never had steak so bad. Just so disgusting. The salad with the only thing they had right.

I love outback! It’s one of my favorite places to be honest. It’s not too expensive but it’s not too cheap. And you could probably find something for the whole family. The only thing is people nowadays hate having a job I guess? So sometimes, just like any other place, I’m going out to eat and just completely disgusted by the service. Unfortunately, outback has been one of them. But it’s not always and the food still good. Me and the cook obviously didn’t have any beef, lol 😂 and since when do restaurants not fill up your drinks when they’re empty?? Now you have to ask for refills? Well that’s DUCKIN lame if you ask me. You know, I think I might go ahead and get out back again tonight?! Lol I would suggest she’s looking at their reviews before you go to that actual restaurant and see how low and/or high they are. Otherwise it’s perfect.
