This restaurant is just mediocre. It’s so frustrating to be charged $60 for 2 entres and 1 apps when the waiter changed the specifics of what I ordered to charge me more. The water was DIRTY, almost like there was oil in there? Ridiculous. Plates look old, chapped from what I can only assume was years ago, easily. And part of the staff was just standing around, chatting to each other. Hey, maybe if the table’s waiter/waitress is busy, perhaps help them out and refill the customer’s drinks… Especially when they’re eating. This establishment gets away with so much because it’s the closest and most decent puertorrican rest nearby; nonetheless, it doesn’t excuse how mediocre they are. I dine there every so often and the service gets more ridiculous and quality declines. With this visit, I can confirm I just won’t be visiting anymore, that goes with all the recommendations I’ve given this restaurant, what an embarrassment.

Really like the overall experience. The arepas were packed with flavor and the portions were big. Service was friendly just a little slow during rush time

Super bad dining experience. The food was really dry. It looked liked they served us old food. The pork was super dry and overcooked and the mofongo was very very dry as well. I went with some friends that recommended the place and even they said that it looked like the quality of the place looked like it was going down.

Everything so good! My party of 25 for my grad was outstanding. Services were fast and efficient. Fresh Puerto Rican food 😋 just like the island. Roberto was a fabulous waiter!

The food was great and everything was great until the waitress came to charge our table with no bill. We were charged for another tables meal + our own - which was not even caught until I had to ask for itemized bill. They refunded just the bill without our $50 tip that was originally included - which wasn’t going to be reflected on our end immediately and still had us paying for our bill. We essentially paid for 3 lunches this afternoon and a manager never came to apologize or try to make things right. I’m not sure we will be returning again.

Absolutely excellent place for dinner. If you want authentic Puerto Rican food this is the place to go! It felt like I was eating at Abuela’s! The atmosphere and service were exceptional.
