This is for Panda Express Brand- the chow mein noodles are sub par. Do better.

terrible service. placed a mobile order, got the “ready” text and went to pick it up 20 minutes later. i waited for it in the drive thru for what felt like eternity because they mixed my name up with someone else. i apologized (because i felt like i was holding the line up for something that was their fault) and asked the guy at the window for soy sauce and with an attitude, he said it’s in the bag. i left and checked the bag, it was not in there and i had to turn back around to go in the lobby and get it. wasted 30 minutes on this back and forth after a 12 hour shift.

The young guy taking my order tonight was extremely extremely rude. He was upset that I paid cash and asked me if I could pay another way so he wouldn't have to count my change back. I only had cash on me so that's all I could use tonight. He then became even more upset and he went to his coworkers to complain about me paying with cash. He then tossed my changed out the drive thru window into my vehicle not even giving me a chance to actually grab the dollars and change he was giving me back. Then he aggressively tossed my bag of food out the window towards my vehicle without saying a word and then with a bad attitude slammed the slider window showing how upset he was. At that point I checked my food and my order was completely wrong. I stayed in line and asked him if they could fix my order or just give me my money back due to the extremely bad experience. He refused to help me at all so at this point I accepted that my order was wrong and I just paid $25 for food I did not want or order. I went down the road to a different restaurant and got food I actually wanted and had a great experience at that establishment. Just wanted to make this review to let everyone know to stay away from this Panda Express. Zero out of ten on a rating.

Please don’t come here I watch an employee dropped a serving spoon on the floor and picked it up and put it in the food I asked to talk to the manager and what do you know she was the shift lead they took up for her argued me down but ended up changing them I was here at 11/10/2024 around the time of 2:40 Pm. That’s not a good look
