They do a decent job here. It's a high volume store so keeping everything up is challenging for them. Could be cleaner (usually dirty tables) and they can be out of a lot of stuff. They are quick to make it fresh for you though. And I will say the staff has always been patient and fiendly. Food is decent for chinese fast food. Wish they had salt and pepper shakers or at least packets.

Every day they throw less food for God's sake, one is supposed to pay double dish so that it reaches for two.
The food is always poor quality but it’s whatever it’s fast food. What’s frustrating is when they mess up your order, and then offer the worst customer service to solve it. Have yet to have a good experience here and will not continue to patronize which sucks because so many other pandas are good but not around here. Very disappointing

I made a mobile order for pick up, but the drive thru was blocked so I had to go inside. I ordered mutilple bowls, food itself was okay, however none of the entrees were with the correct side and there was even a hair in the chow mein. My father cannot eat anything with spice, and was not able to eat his food because it was packed with a spicy entree . The employee was super dismissive and was signaling us to leave before we even walked in the door.

I'm a driver, and today, July 23, 2025, at 12:30 p.m., the person taking orders told me that he couldn't prepare Dordash and Uber Eats food until he finished serving all the customers in the store. There were four drivers waiting. Very bad, in addition to his poor manners and poor service.
