This Panda Express always bugs. Every time I go through the drive through to pick up my mobile order they ALWAYS force me to go to their waiting parking spots even when there’s nobody else in the drive through. Half the time they never even bring it to me and I’m forced to go in, one time after FIFTEEN MINUTES, to get my own food when they MADE me go to the parking spot then promptly ignored me. I hate giving bad reviews but this is over 6 months of giving them the chance to not act like total rude clueless people. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever come back here.

Everytime I go they don’t have or refuse to make items on the menu. No point in closing at 11 if you’re going to stop making dishes at 9.

So I came to the drive thru & they didn’t have half of their menu and they had a whole hour before closing. The person working the drive thru had told me there was walnut shrimp, when I got to the window to get my food he said there not enough walnut shrimp. I left, and when I got to my house my other entree was not in the plate. He Forgot half our food, I had to drive back 20 minutes to get my other entree which was the smallest to go box I’ve ever seen. You’d think they wouldn’t be so damn stingy considering the humongous inconveniences that have occurred back to back. I ordered a drank at the window and he couldn’t even do me a solid, tried to charge me again for it. Shitty experience, even worst customer service. Never again.

So I was having trouble on the phones and they couldn’t hear me, and I was getting so frustrated because I was trying to call ahead to place my order, and no one was able to hear me, and I thought all hope was lost, when all of a sudden I get a call back from one of the most amazing human beings, Alexis, and she apologized to me for the phone having an issue and that she couldn’t hear me, so she called me back from another phone, and placed my order with me over the phone for pick up. She was so kind and helpful and I was having a stressful afternoon, and her kindness and compassion was very much appreciated and I am so thankful she took the time to call me back and help me place my order. Time saver, and life saver. 5 stars!

Indian Orchard

This location is awful.There is almost always a 10 minute wait on rice & other items at the height of lunch hour. The lines both inside & drive thru are always long because the employees here move so slow, with no sense of urgency.The lobby is messy & unkempt & today I was told at the drive thru window that the drive thru is broken & you must come inside. The food is good but not worth everything else & I will not return!

How are you always out of things, with a “10 minute” wait? At 10 before noon on a weekday this is just bad management and unacceptable. Imagine going to McDonalds for a burger and being told, sorry we’re out, 10 minutes. Happened the last 3 times I’ve come, and that’s the last time you’ll waste my time. Let’s be honest, nobody goes to Panda Express for good Chinese food, they go for Chinese food, quick. Ffs, you have the word Express in your name. And you still fail to deliver on that. Never again.

This place is just plain sad, in general they simply do not have staff that can read and complete an order correctly. My son loves this place but they get his order wrong so much times. At this point, it's just sad as said.

Delivery sucks!!!! Let’s spend $70 on Chinese food and not get the teriyaki sauce for the TERIYAKI chicken, I understand we may not have gotten any duck or soy sauce BUT this is an issue !! Called and was basically told no one available to take your call.
I want my Teriyaki chicken not $5 lame!!

Waited for 40 minutes for an order I placed online! Said was ready, but when I went to pick up they said I needed to park and wait while they cook the orange chicken, although it said my order was ready! They never brought my order so after 40 minutes I had to go back around and ask for my order.
