This Panda Express always bugs. Every time I go through the drive through to pick up my mobile order they ALWAYS force me to go to their waiting parking spots even when there’s nobody else in the drive through. Half the time they never even bring it to me and I’m forced to go in, one time after FIFTEEN MINUTES, to get my own food when they MADE me go to the parking spot then promptly ignored me. I hate giving bad reviews but this is over 6 months of giving them the chance...
So I was having trouble on the phones and they couldn’t hear me, and I was getting so frustrated because I was trying to call ahead to place my order, and no one was able to hear me, and I thought all hope was lost, when all of a sudden I get a call back from one of the most amazing human beings, Alexis, and she apologized to me for the phone having an issue and that she couldn’t hear me, so she called me back from another phone, and placed my order with me over the phone...
This location is very well maintained and has a great staff. Very clean. Noemi and Mel made us fresh Beyond Orange Vegan Chicken and Supergreens and both were outstanding. The Supergreens were seasoned and prepared so well; a little crunch and a lot of garlic - yum! The vegan chicken was also cooked perfectly. This was the best food at any Panda Express location we have ever been. I hope the vegan chicken stays a long time!
