First, the staff was rude to the gentleman in front of me. He was asking for vegetables and they told him they don't have any. They were close to closing. He asked for an entree specifically to get the broccoli in it. They purposely gave him none and he had to ask for broccoli to be put in. No gloves worn on the line. No smiles. NO MANAGER ANYWHERE TO BE SEEN. And the staff training and attitude reflected it. My chow mein was gross. My entree was gross. The fried rice was mushy. Get a manager to control this place.

They gave me the wrong order 0/10 experience 0 costumer service. Chicken Teriyaki was what they gave me when I ordered shrimp and it was disgusting

This has to be the worst place on earth. One person's behind the counter with green/blue hair who's is slow and incompetent. The line is wrapped around and she is filling one bowl in 15 mins. No one is using gloves here. They touch their nose and then they couch your food. I'm not exaggerating. I saw it. The "chef" a blind girl behind the counter had super long nails and she had no gloves on. It's gross. There are currently 5 people in the back and about 30 people waiting in line. Everyone in the back is standing and talking on their phone. You think they can come get the line moving? No if course not. Horrible. Service and cleanliness

This is Panda Express is the worst I ever ate, usually Panda Express gave you lots of food , but this one , not only we had to wait for items we wanted , and the stuff is like serving gold, so little portions! Not your traditional Panda Express!!! Service is terrible!!!

Great place in terms of price / quality. If I can't come home for lunch, I always stop by Panda Express

Just as you can see. The average rate is 2.5. My food came out to be 30% more expensive. No receipt. Not recommend.

This was a bad experience for me, I got off my flight and decided to get Panda Express. The lady working there was rude and said in a tone that she wasn't going to give me my cookie or frumanda chicken.

I do not appreciate this unsettling experience at Panda Express. This is extremely poor customer service and the workers during the evening shift on the weekdays do not possess any manners or morals

If the word "disappointment" had a physical manifestation, it would be the Tampa Bay Airport Panda Express. Not only was the food sub-par for a Panda Express, which I recognize as not authentic already as it is, but it came in very disappointing proportions, they were cooking a fresh pot of chow-mein as I ordered and instead of waiting 30 seconds, or even dishing my meat up first, the server took a spoon out from under the counter to scrape the scraps out of the bowl, into my tray. Then to proceed by closing it and I essentially ended up with 1/3 of the chow-mein you would normally expect. Plus to top it off it was the trash off the bottom that you couldn't even eat with chopsticks. The orange chicken and Beijing beef were a little soggy. But lacked a lot of the flavor that other Panda locations provide. Overall extremely disappointing experience today. Unacceptable. Is the only word I can think of to use to review this branch of a normally decent franchise.

I don't expect much from Panda Express in general but this one hit the Trifecta of Terrible: slow, expensive, and lousy food. Somehow there were 5 employees in the back but only one working the counter, so huge line. Price I'll accept--its an airport location. But boy howdy the food was lousy. Beef broccoli was tasteless and soggy. The broccoli in the mixed veggies however was so undercooked it literally shattered my plastic fork into pieces. Orange chicken was the usual greasy mediocrity. Kung pao actually wasn't bad--my kid and I shared that one bit and basically chucked the rest. Skip this place if you have to eat in the airport.

I'm so glad I gave Panda Express another chance at this location after a terrible experience at another location. The food was hot and fresh and the service was excellent. A good value and I would highly recommend!

The food was good here and the prices were decent. The place was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. The lower rating is due to the fact that they would have had lots of food choices to choose from for the combo plates except that they were pretty much out of half their options. They really need to keep up with replenishing their options, especially at a busy and high traffic airport.

Mobile orders ruined this place. Been coming to this location for several years, but after today I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Attached are photos of 4 large mobile orders that were served up while all the in-store customers waited. I waited in line for over 20 min. This 'skip the line' mobile order policy my benefit corporate with short term profits, but the long term will definitely backfire as walk-in customers (the majority of their sales) go somewhere else. This review is directed at current corporate pollicy, it is not directed at the employees of this location. If anything this post is a plea for corporate to stop this practice to save their employees from this line skipping pollicy. The stress levels of the employees became physically vissible as the pile of mobile orders flooded in, and the line of walk-in customers stretched out the door... Again, the long term of this practice will certainly be bad for both customers and employees.

Consistant flavors. Price very reasonable. Clean and made fresh. Will come again.

Convenient location for a quick bite. Water tasted a bit chlorinated.
